Wood Kitchen presents: SHOKAZ EXPERIENCE

#SHOKAZ was an ode to our Zambian Food, a taste experience curated to showcase the very best of our food! Each vendor was picked with intentionality; providing a variety of quality.
More than this, we wanted to create a space where our incredible food could be shared with families all over Zambia because, in all essence, that’s a significant part of the wood kitchen! This felt like we were hosting you all in our garden!
But in true wood kitchen style, what would we be without the inspiration we draw from other cultures and their food!

When Chef Tumi mentioned Chikanda Pizza and Bolognese I was like, "yassss!". Lulu, I cried with you😭 @woodkitchen, congratulations on this event; it was well executed, and by all accounts, well received. I really can't wait to taste the authentic and fusion flavours of Zambia in 2023! 💯
