After 100 missions, I want there to be a mission where you tow a beached whale back out to sea.

For me i have alot of fun with this update because it added some more chill "free roam" things to do
- Payphone hit 85k
- tow truck 2 cars for around 60k+
- selling bunker weapons 50k
- selling ceo mixed goods 50k
- then doing one act of dr dre heist
A good mix for the way i like to play even if its not the best money method :)
The Contract Mission's From Inside Of The Auto Shop Is Also Good Money. 🤑👍. And THE PACIFIC STANDARD JOB - HEIST Is Also Good Money Too If You Find Good Player's Who Don't keep on failing and dying all the time. 🤑👍.
Agree. Do this in friend/crew only session or even solo lobby, it’s a good free roam experience for me
you´ve been able to sell mixed goods and bunker weapons for like two years.
I do something simillar.
-tow 2 cars 60k
-sell bunker weapons 50k
-sell CEO mixed goods 50k
-1 security contract from Agency (I haven't done 200 yet) payment varies 30-70k
- modify cars from workshop and let emplotees deliver 40-60k
-the same for bike in clubhouse 50k
Around 250k in less than hour, but decent experience.

The business is not bad. It is pretty good for tow truck and safe. But the car heist is really meh because of the weekly limit. I hope that changes later on.
They should just have a cooldown of like 3 to 5 hours idk what they were smoking when they made it 3 a week

@@christianrodriguez5346 thats y i said like a 3 to 5 hour cooldown your still controlling how often the player can make money like y have a week cooldown for the main attraction of the dlc it dont make sense its not like u make that much from each car anyway not even 400k a car n total for all 3 sold is like 995k i loved the heists but man the week long wait is terrible way to control it
I kind of wish we had more chop shop locations but honestly I like being a tow truck driver out in the desert- it just has a nice vibe
Same, I bought the one he said day one, but after a week, it just didn't fit the scene of what you do, so I bought the one in sandy shores, now it just feels like a great vibe.
They used to do like 8-10 locations for each business but because so many buildings are used now, they have to reduce them to about 5 per business.
*NOT PASSIVE* u have to do tow truck mission constantly to get 24k
Always source 2 cars before you turn off the game because the salvage works offline & when u turn the game back on you will get paid

I have the Marrietta Heights salvage yard. My vehicle spawns in a good space. You have decent access to a couple of highways, just like the Strawberry location. I rarely have to go through the most hilly areas.
Same. It's also close to the docks, so you don't have to drive far or through traffic on narrow roads to deliver cars.
2:41 Personally I disagree with the session swap strategy since you can just blow your tow truck up with two grenades and the mission will end; this allows you to start a new one by going inside the salvage yard again and entering the truck which will still be there inside.

@Smusi01 I have an Xbox Series X and I know that loading sessions is faster on that generation. Hence why I said marginally at the end in terms of difference. The main point I wanted to make was that the alternative is also blowing up the tow truck.

@captainahvong2247 I don't want to waste explosives. If you keep doing that, you'll be spending more money on replenishing your grenades, and you'll be basically losing money.
Switching sessions is much faster if you're on the current gen consoles and it's only viable to destroy your tow truck if you're on the last gen.

Don't swap sessions. Stay in freemode. The more you stay in freemode the more your passive income kicks in. Also swapping isn't something you want to do if casual friends are already in your session.
To save money, have a weaponized vehicle which fires free rockets present, such as an Oppressor, Deluxo, Toreador etc, and blow the tow truck up (it takes 3 rockets to do so), really don't see this as being slower than swapping sessions (I am on ps5)
Oh man how I absolutely love your tutorials. I've said this before but I owe every one of the hundreds of millions I've grinded (and spent lol) over the years to you.
I got bored at lvl 520 and made a second character, starting from 0 dollars and thanks to what I learned from you, it only took a few nights and I already had the nite club and the Acid Lab.
Now the new character just got rich from heisting and bought the junk yard and THIS video will make him a LOT of money.
So nice to hear your voice again and as usual you have dissected the DLC completely and your advice will make me even more wealthy.

There’s no way it’s better passive than the nightclub. I don’t ever have to do the nightclub popularity missions. Most of the time when I walk in the nightclub, Marcel gives a mission to kick someone out and it restores one bar of popularity. I just keep it at 4 bars.
How does this work?
@@BigWillba Do Nightclub vip delivery missions until the bar is full. Then keep it full by checking in regularly .
I wouldn't call it passive, but it's definitely passive adjacent. And for a roleplaying fool like me, it's kind of a fun way to make money with my current gameplay loop. I two two vehicles, get two auto shop mechanics delivering customized cars to customers, deliver a motorcycle to a customer myself, and deliver some warehouse goods to the docks. It's all small gains, but they add up, and it's fun and relaxing for me.
The scrap yard is a better business than something like the acid lab just for the fact that the cars salvage while you’re offline. All the businesses in game need to run like this. I’d love to log back on and have all my businesses have product in them to sell.

...most players would become millionaires just by being offline :D imagine the GTA inflation hitting us all after that... a regular car? 100M. Nightclub? One billion GTA dollars. A new player? Quitting GTA for good just after a few hours of gameplay.

You mentioned the nightclub so here is a tip. To do super easy 4 second missions for its popularity, just enter passive mode then enter the nightclub and the mission will just be a cut scene for throwing someone out of the building. Nightclub is my fav and thank you for the video I will soon get the tow truck
Custom auto shop makes u at least 400k in 25-30 min or less 1 mission is 270k outa 300k and some missions they don't get a cut but either way there over 150k each and there all solo for sure

I weirdly love tow trucking it’s so relaxing even in free mode and public lobbies when I can, I just wish we could put decals on the truck like the red autos logo or even have a third tow truck in being the slam van tow truck.
I like the tow truck job I put on a red jumpsuit cosplaying as a tow truck driver, I even stopped a red lights because I'm not time to get there.

If you enter your nightclub in passive mode you will always get a 10 second toss out mission, it will never change. I love the salvage yard and I start with getting 2 cars, and then 2 more when the first 2 are salvaged but even with the shortest tows 4 times in a row, it's not easier or quicker than walking into the nightclub and tossing someone out, disabling passive mode and walking out.

Hardest part is getting the money for the upgrades and getting the other businesses set up. Once you do that you can do nightclub in your sleep

Hey Professional! All you have to do to keep Nightclub at full popularity is throw out the guy at the bar or drive a vip home once an hour. That makes 100k every in game hour. Vehicle cargo is SO underated. You make sure you have 10 low end, 10 mig range and if you have no less you can source up to 10 high end cars in a row in a private session, i use the cargobob to help and its so easy. Then i go into public lobbys and in between payphone hit and nightclub i sell cars and acid. I easily average over 500k-700k an hour with everything and have low stress fun. Its nice if you have gta plus because its free ghost organization and you can always deliver you car before it runs out. Imo this chop shop was an 8 milliin dollar showpiece. Anyways i know im ranting but nobody ever talkes about vehicle cargo and i think its in top three of all businesses. Peace!!
Which location did you get for the vehicle warehouse? I agree that *it's a great business if you use it properly,* and it's the only way to own "special vehicles" like the Ramp Buggy & Phantom Wedge ^^
Hey regarding flash drives, I stopped using them for storing data long ago as they contain cheap flash, and are usually formatted in FAT32 (which is not a safe filesystem). So I think if you store videos from playstation, you should use an external HDD. They are much faster and have protection against data corruption as they use NTFS
This business isn’t bad, but I wouldn’t call it a “passive” business. You still have to go out of your way to get most things in this DLC as opposed to prior ones.
Using the tow truck is where you get your salvage money. Always sell robbery cars to Yusuf Amir (at least until Rockstar opens up the ability to make robbery cars into Personal Vehicles). The Safe is the only passive source of income in the business, but you need to regularly maintain the Chop Shop just like you would with the Nightclub.
Going to tow a car or two can be pretty fast, you should do it in-between more commitment-heavy stuff.
This business would have been perfect 5-7 years ago. Now it feels a little old school and not as extravagant but still alright.
I wish you could take the tow truck out on demand rather than just missions. Itd be incredibly useful and fun to tow players cars, damaged vehicles that need delivery, etc etc

I know that my suggestion is not from this update but R* should add Lupe as a contact so that way you can source cargo from the phone to your warehouses instead of making you go to each warehouse and talk to the Npc's, that would save up a lot of time.
I hope the professional makes video about not being able to go AFK in the security cameras. Because I want to hear his thoughts on it.
That really blows, but now I use a pony tail around my analog sticks in my nightclub and I haven't been kicked anymore. As long as your controller is charged you'll be good to go. 🙏

That's why you get a cheap $15 third party wired controller... At least on Xbox.
Each tow job does 25 popularity, so you only need to tow a car every 5 days. I skipped the extra staff and bigger safe, pickup my safe at 92k and tow another car, works pretty good.
Extra Staff gives you a 1.2x multiplier of what the safe generates and halves the time it takes to salvage a car (96 minutes to 48 minutes), so staff upgrade may be worth considering.
The bigger safe you can skip. If you check it regularily, the 100K cap will never be a problem.
@@DoktorVicTim if I upgrade staff I'd want to upgrade the safe too, the difference in the 5-day pay is 18,200, so it'd be 75 tow jobs just to cover those upgrades...I figure even if I miss out it'll be quite a while.
I bought the Roger's scrapyard location at first because I know it and found the location interesting, then changed locations for all the reasons you stated, plus the Strawberry location is interesting in its own right, lots of stuff to climb around on and poke around at.
That's one of my big things now with picking a property location, what interesting stuff is around it, part of why I like the Farmhouse location for the bunker.
I salute Rockstar for making it possible to run businesses in Invite Only sessions now, i haven't been able to play GTA V in years until today so i checked if they maybe changed it and i was so happy that they did
You don't have to do Nightclub promotion missions. You can just swap out DJs and make the money back from the Nightclub, Arcade and Agency.

I remember when i played gta online so much. After a bit though it wasn’t fun and felt like a job. After i got a real job and stuff like that i long since haven’t played it cause i have more fun playing stuff that is actually fun and have an actual job for money instead of work on a game for barely anything.

You don’t need to do any missions for the nightclub. Just have at least two artists available and an arcade. Go to the arcade and switch between the artists. It’ll raise your popularity for the low price of $10,000. If you keep the popularity up, it’ll only cost you about $10,000-$20,000 every game day. It’s absolutely worth it, because rather than doing that mission, you can go do anything else and make that money back.
To change the vehicle you get with the Tow Truck if the distance is too far just destroy the Tow Teuck and walk back into your Chop Shop and restart. I do this and usually get a 1 mile one and it’s so much quicker
Or set your spawn point to the salvage yard and swap server - you'll reappear right next to the truck (at least you do in my salvage yard but i imagine the layout varies depending on which one you bought)
Still doing missions for Nightclub popularity? Just run up the stairs from the loading bay and you'll get a customer activity. Way easier.

I have been doing what I call the 48 min run , nightclub safe , spare parts from bunker , spare crates from warehouse, deliver a bike from clubhouse , fix and send out vehicles from auto shop , don't have salvage yard yet but all these 48 min cooldown runs add up I set a timer and run while all my other passive businesses process. Made i think 1.7 mil in 2.5 hours without hiests or contracts . Which honestly I like . Plus I don't always have to be on an oppresser or helicopter I can drive whatever vehicle I want and enjoy the game a bit more . And at the end of the week I make my big purchase on whatever so its a bit more chill , and I will use my second character for mainly doing hiests . Its still a grind for 48 min but its how I like to play now .ofcourse that 1.7 mil with business sales included at the end

2:36 you can also chose "last location" as your spawn and you will spawn wherever you have been before that. Very usefull if you do not want to spawn inside a building but outside to be able to move right away. Whatever personal vehicle you had will be there with you. But in this case you are right as you need to 1st activate the mission and that is done inside the Salvage Yard.

i agree with there needing a popularity meter 100% .. however i dont agree that its easier than the popularity for the night club . you can just go into passive mode b4 you enter the nightclub and as long as you reach the stairs b4 the timer runs out you will always get the the throw the clubber out the door event. And never the driving job just a little tip there 😉
How long is the timer? So just basically run straight up the stairs as fast as you can
@@Boxingfan378 i usually select passive mode in an invite only session b4 i enter my nightclub that gives me enuff time to get to the stairs and when you reach the stairs it gives you the throw out event . the timmer only lasts for 30 seconds .. but you can go into passive mode in a normal gta session from inside the nightclub but not to close to the stairs if that makes sense . its a time sensitive thing .
Just go 2 ur computer in da basement of ur nite club n switch around DJ's a couple times 4 a quick popularity boost

I picked the strawberry location as well. Looking at the map & knowing how annoying the scrapyard is only a fool would pick anything besides strawberry lol plus right next door to my auto shop which I got on discount
I found that you can actually lift the tow truck with the cargobob and bring it to the car location. You can also lift the car but you need the tow truck to bring it inside the salvage yard.
So for the location I ended up getting the one on the very right because it looked closest to the docks where you sell your cars and I was able to finish those in under 2 minutes each. And for towing vehicles that are too far I just blew up my truck and went back inside to get a closer one.
idc if its close or far, i will not switch sessions for that, cause its dumb, i love the distance!
For me what works best is sourcing 2 cars at once, that takes around 8 minutes on average. Then wait 4 ingame days so around 3 hours then the safe should be at 91.200 so almost full without the upgrade. Then repeat. So if the 2 cars get you 70k on average you make 161,2k in 8 minutes of effort that's 1.2 Million every hour of effort. I like to compare the money per hour effort with the cayo heist that's around 1M/h so i don't bother with businesses under 1M per hour effort.

If you go to the second floor in your night club you can bye the dj multiple times to boost your popularity
Talking about missed opportunities - Rockstar should have allowed us to tow other players cars into the salvage yard for extra money. There is always someone who leaves his car somewhere :D The players would get notified as usual that their car has been destroyed (or taken for parts in this matter) but would be able to recover it through Mors Mutual as usual. To spice it up any hooked car would not be able to be "called back" from the player menu and the owner would have to produce a lot of effort to get his car back before it reaches the gates of anyones Salvage Yard :D ...or wait until it is marked as salvaged and then call insurance.
I also miss towing random cars for no reason. You can see the hook is sorta trying to hook onto a car but not really. Yet all NPCs escape their vehicles immediately once you try. So the function is IMO there it is just turned off and available only in conjunction with pre-set cars to tow (activated within the Salvage Yard).
Ive sourced over 200 cars, i always have a good amount of cash to pick up whenever i can be bothered to so so.
The Murietta heights one is also good. I picked it since it’s close to my arcade.
Nightclub popularity is extremely easy you just put yourself in passive mode before you go inside your nightclub. And if that's not enough just go down the basement spend a little bit of money get a new DJ. Quickly go do a mission that pays double the amount of money that you spent on the

You can also blow up your tow truck if a car is too far away. It takes 3 sticky bombs or 3 RPGs. After you blow it up just run back inside the Salvage yard and there's the tow truck waiting for you.
You don't have to do the tow truck missions every 48 mins. I simply collect money from safe every 3 in game days (2.4 real life hours) which gives me 69k. Then I will do 1 tow truck mission which will give around 35k and this will reset the popularity back to max. Easy 100k for 5 mins work.

Surprisingly I haven’t really been griefed doing tows. I’ve had a couple of people try to shoot me from a vehicle but no oppressors, deluxos, etc.
Also wished they would have locked some liveries behind the awards. Respray only is kinda lame.
Regarding night club popularity, once you promote it to max you don’t have to promote Anymore, you just through out trouble makers or deliver VIPs to keep it at 5, much simpler/ quicker then sourcing cars
I got my chop shop close to my auto shop. When I source 2 vehicles at chop, I drive to the auto shop close by and fix up cars then go back to chop. Easy money

One thing I’ve figured out is if you tow two cars then get completely off gta you’ll still get your money when you get back on in 48 minutes
If you blow up your tow truck you can just respawn another truck with no fee or waiting period. Do this instead of leaving the session.
It should work exactly like nightclub, if you imagine a popularity bar in your head, every salvage car you bring, adds 25% popularity, while every in game day passes, costs you 10% popularity. Which means, you don't really have to be fully engaged on this, just bring a car for salvage every now and then.
source car - Headhunter - sell bunker weapons - source car - payphone hit - sightseer- If you have Alexa just say Alexa set timer for 48 minutes- Alexa set timer 2 for 48 minutes etc plus use phone timer. and do some contact missions There are loads of ways to make money ..empty nightclub safe empty agency safe
If you’re on old gen then it’s probably faster to just blow up the truck if you get a mission far away. The truck takes 3 grenade launcher shots
Or just throw it in the ocean depending on your location

How long to pay off business ? scarp yard cash : 8 days , 6 car heist endlesss towing. Nerfed cayo , two heists 3 hours plus however long cd is Between heists (these are estimate and I might not understand scrap yard )
Hmm on pc I got murietta heights and rather like it, the facade of the building is nicer too. But it has a bit of turns to do as well off the road coming back to the shop its just not quite as long of a drive. On ps5 for now I got rogers scrap yard far west only because I got it on my second retirement character that's set up more on that side. So far no problem with gang attack, but I spawn right into the yard and do the missions and that's it. Eventually my ps5 primary character Ill probably go again with MH or strawberry
nightclub is still way more easy. theres no need to do popularity missions, just do the bouncer mission or switch the DJ....
You dont need to change sessions to reset the tow mission because its too far. Just throw 3 sticky bombs on the truck and go back inside.
One thing i tried is to use the Cargobob to transport the cars. While possible to hook the cae, you can only deliver it with the tow truck. Not only that theres a checkpoint requirement for the towtruck. If you do grab the car with the Cargobob amd deliver it with the tow truck without hitting the checkpoint, the game breaks into a perma-job mode and locks you out of the chop shop.
Nightclub is still easier and better money imo cause if you have all the nightclub upgrades you get $100,000 every two in game days just passively without even counting the warehouse and all you have to do is go to your nightclub every 60 to 90 minutes to throw someone out or drive a VIP home to keep popularity full
I had the La Puerta location, but it was too much to get to the garage and yes, it spawns my vehicle on the overpass. So I got the strawberry one. Way better and much easier to access.
2:11 there IS a time limit on the tow truck missions. It will kick you oout of the tow truck and lock the doors if you take too long. I found that out when i fell asleep in the middle of bringing one back.
Fun fact: There are two more scrapyeard in Blaine County, (1 in Sandy Shores, 1 in Paleto Bay) they are cheaper however very far away from LS 😄
Instead of switching session, you can simply blow up your truck and when you enter your salvage yard, the new one will be already there.
The type of business that you buy when it's 40% off.

To clear up about the gang attack at the La Puerta location. It will only activate and interfere with your business if you haven't already completed it.

@@ethanmckibbinYeah I think they’ve always been glitched. Sometimes when I would do a gang attack it would just have a checkmate over it, and sometimes it would completely go away.
I got scrapyard location in East Los Santos. You know, the same location where players start mission where they steal that big plane. The name of the plane escapes me!

Flash drives aren't super reliable so always good to have spares in case it breaks. Hopefully no footage was lost.
I always just get both cars back to back then immediately race to my warehouses to send out workers for crates then top up the nightclub popularity.
since they all have a 48min timer I can do other stuff in between and make hella bank :)
the reason why the nightclub has a popularity system is because of people, the lower your popularity is the more empty your night club becomes you wont see people outside of your nightclub
With the salvage yard there's no need for a popularity system. what you want is a level system
Level 1 7,200 (1 Car)
Level 2 12,000 (2 Cars)
Level 3 19,200 (3 Cars)
Level 4 24,000 (4 Cars)
Level 5 26,000 (5 Cars)
Level 6 31,000 (6 Cars)
Level 7 36,000 (7 Cars)

So far at the main scrapyard, I preferred a whole lot better have move room to move around. I’ve never had any game gang attacks like this guy says so far, they find the strawberry one which I tried before was a hard place to drive vehicles into.
I havent sourced any cars for a while now. Now im nit sure hiw the payout goes, but i saw and read that after you tow 24 vehicless, thats all you need. Then youll get the max passive pay everyday.
I havente heard about some kind of maintenance to keep that pay up. I also havent timed tge pay and calculated anything. All i kniw us that my safe feels up just as fast as the night club. So keep that in mind. I could be wrong though. We just need someone with empirical evidience.
Because you have to do 200 missions to get the agency max passive pay, and you dint have to maintain that.
I just think that after you make a certain amount of money with towing cars you should be able to buy an upgrade that makes your employees do the actual towing.

Some of you are probably asking yourself can you use the cargo Bob to salvage cars 😂 and the answer is no and yes.
The mission actually requires the tow truck to show up at the location of the car and to actually tow it into the shop but you can move it via the cargo Bob but it’s not really worth it because you still have to move the tow truck to the location and back again so it doesn’t save you any time or help you in any way to do that unless you just want to goof around in some way😂
U forgot to say the most important thing… when does it top ? Is it 250.000$ like on the club ?

Thing about nightclub is it takes me 1 min to get bar up every hour if needed as go passive walk in and just Chuck guy out drunk :) so with this it’s a bonus :)
8:40 Nightclub is much easier, but cost it of money, just go to floor 1 to the computer and change the resident dj. Boom bar full. sometimes you have to change the dj more then one time. cost 10k per change. or you do the club security minimissions, drunk gusts etc. i have my bar always on 100% and don*t spend minutes in the club.
It's basically a job at this point, except you don't get anything for it apart from grinding to pay for more things you need for this job formally a game called gtav.

imo they should make the safe in the salvage yard more like the agency that the more cars you salvage the more money you make but its capped at like 20k-30k per hour

You forgot the FQ2 which also sells for 40k and the Nightclub is easy to keep up with just regularly visit and do management.
