Hard to believe that people would find fault with your English. As a native English speaker, I can say that you speak better English than I will ever speak Japanese! And you know two languages.
Thanks for your interesting and thought provoking videos. Keep it up!

Since I was a teenager in High school I was into minimalism and how could I become one of them. I realised at 19, that minimalism for me is a way to simplify my life. And all started with my bedroom. I used to have lot of things in my bedroom: furnitures, clothes, posters on the wall and I didn’t realice that gave my more anxiety. Now I have a bed, a desk and a mirror. If I had a an stressful day in college, when I arrive in my bedroom I can relax faster. Now I’m 21 and I have to learn more and more about minimalism and keeping simplifying my life (I keep lot of clothes that I don’t usually wear). As I said before, it’s about simplicity. And it’s helping me to pay more attention: mental health, family, goals, friends, etc. I hope I could explain my opinion well and I really enjoy your videos! Thank you so much!

This is the type of channel I need to relax and finally make my own decisions. I don't know how to explain it but every time I see this type of videos where simplicity takes over it helps me simplify my train of thought and live more peacefully.

I learned something valuable through this video. Minimalism is not only about decluttering tangible things, but it is also about decluttering our minds.

Minimalism and the F.I.R.E movement go well together. Minimalism helps discipline you and enables you to focus on the important things in life that give you value while saving and investing provides the financial backbone to support you throughout your life. My journey for the past 6 years has provided me with a lot of control over my life. So happy I discovered this at a young age. All those reading this, I hope your able to meet your goals as well. I just found your channel today! This has really inspired me to become more serious about living a minimalist lifestyle - I've always felt pressured by those around me for not valuing or desiring certain materialistic things, so it is refreshing to come across your video. It has shown me that you can still have an appreciation for other people and learn from their ways but that does not mean you have to replicate them in your own lifestyle to find joy :)

I love this! I was the Same Way Sena when I was young. No such thing as Minimalism when I was growing up. Only More is better here in the states. At age 59 now I realize all the STUFF we spend money on. Including Cars that were way more then I needed. I worked 60-80 hours a week in super Hot Kitchens as my own boss with 13 employees. in 1995 with Windows 95 I was chasing each PC as the power increased then the Best Cell Phones and do again every year. Meanwhile not taking any time for myself. Forgetting the meaning of life. I did host many dinner parties that’s about it. It wasn’t until Covid-19 started that I disciplined myself to get Fit again and stop foolish spending. I m so proud of you at a young age to realize this at your age. Much Respect ✊ Subscribed and Liked Of Course. I really hope that more people your age get on board with this knowledge and become better leaders of tomorrow!

During the past year or so, I've slowly been simplifying my life as much as possible. At this point, everything I own fits in a 10-foot x 11-foot bedroom. I used to have a fully furnished 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house. I'm at the end of getting rid of things. I'm almost done. I just have some sentimental things and my clothing to go through (although I've already gotten rid of most of my clothes). I'm trying to decide whether I should keep a couple of my business suits or not. I am working on starting my own business and might need them in the near future. Maybe I can put them away in a box. No. I want to have a place for everything where I can easily see it and use it, as necessary. I've found, like you, that it's just as important to declutter and simplify my mind as it is to simplify my belongings and living space. What others think of me, thankfully, I care a lot less about it now than I used to. I've learned that I'm the only one who controls my emotions and how I feel about people and things, so no matter what other people may do or say to me, I only need to focus on my own choices in deciding how I feel about it. What they think or why they would do something to me is their thinking and feeling, not mine. It really makes life a lot more simple when we see how much control we have over ourselves and our own lives. I'm enjoying the freedom of not thinking I have to control other people or situations around me. I can only do that for myself. What a load off of my back. Other people don't have to be or do anything to make me happy or feel satisfied with my life. They will be and do what they decide for themselves and I will either include them in my life or remove them from my life. That's up to me. There's no need to change other people, only ourselves so that we are happy with who we are. There's so much freedom in letting go and not trying to control people and situations outside of me. Wonderful video, Sena. Thank you.

This is A Purpose Driven Life in practice. Watching your videos made me rethink the way I am living my life right now. You made a lot of very good points here, lifestyle depends on how or what you should feel inside rather than what people see you on the outside. Also, you made a pretty good talking point, brands are very good at convincing us to try their new product, but after trying those products, how did it change you as a person.
I can notice your face looks so happy, contented, and stress-free. I would suggest in your next videos, make it by chapter of your learnings of becoming a minimalist, i.e. family, friends, your external environment, how are they receptive to that lifestyle (if this is the right word to describe minimalism)?

I was always attracted by this idea but unfortunately I didn't adopt it as a lifestyle. Just got recommended your video "A day in the life of a minimalist" and loved it. You really push yourself to deliver good content. Thanks for sharing your thoughts and ideas with us. The way that japan culture (with Ikigai) aproaches minimalism or stoicism is really interesting.
    btw, thanks UA-cam algorithm 🤣

Thank you for sharing this video, so I know I'm not the only one on earth who bought a lot of things and pursuing luxuries items, clothes, and shoes and pretend that I really have a wonderful life, to show people yeah, I'm doing pretty well huh? and kept pursuing more and more, but can't afford a house or a car.
Also, care a lot about how people come across me not who I really am, and do not live my own life as naturally as I can be.
Never thought minimalism can help people reach their inner self and starting focusing on their own. You do give me some chances to introspect myself, maybe I should start to practice minimalism.
