As far as I remember, whenever he died, he was insulting the Turks, so the Turks decided prevent Blade becoming R1 on Turkish Server, saying "A person who insults us on our server cannot be rank one." In the end, Blade was banned and the Turks won.
@@AxHEXkek he does that on every server, I remember on KR he was calling them subhuman multiple times per game every single game and flaming in chat, then he complained that he didn t go too far when he got banned

nah ADCs were having too much fun for too long, they should reduce duoXP by another 15%, reduce crit damage to 155% and crit chance to 16%.
They should also make the botlane minion give 2g less per minion.

Honestly i feel that drututt is right vayne bot is a lot worse than top, on top she works, on bot she has shit waveclear and is generally bad compared to top

True damage is not supposed to ever be improveable by anything (hence true damage : you deal what you read).
If it does get enhanced, Riot devs are either severely underpaid, severely overworking or severely brain rotten.
Idk about Vayne but Garen R is definitely impacted by the navori damage buff so it makes sense to assume shojin would work too
it does work, try it out in a training game it raises the true dmg about a 100 if target has 5500 hp 200 armor
without shojin it would (it has dealt to my test: 500 true dmg)
