Hey man, thinking about purchasing a camera soon, would you recommend the xa2 as my starter camera or would you recommend a better alternative. Thank you!
Hey Ozzie! I do highly recommend this camera. If you're looking for something you can take with you everywhere and is easy to use, this is perfect. If it's your first camera and you want to properly delve into learning then I would recommend using a normal SLR instead, just you understand everything that's going on. But like I said if you want something simple that does the job, then this is the one! Cheers
I have this camera and it was great at first but now Everytime I get it developed all my photos come out one color like a blanket of orange blue or yellow I don’t know why
0:28 the XA-1 is a disgrace. The camera most reviewed that you are thinking of is the XA. It has a real rangefinder mechanism and was the original released.
I had an XA and sold it because the focussing was too slow and awkward. The XA2 focussing is much simpler and quicker. The lack of aperture control is not really a problem for quick fire street photography.
Hey Connor, what would you like to know? We plan on doing a follow up video and I'll make sure to include more detail on this. Was there anything specifically you wanted to know?
Just bought one of these for my first film camera, can't wait to use it!
nice! Enjoy it and let us know how you get on!
I love my XA2 a whole lot! Thanks for the video!
Thank you! Glad you enjoy it!

Sounds like you may have some kind of light leak going on. It’s probably best to get it check over by a repair shop! Hope you find a solution, Ashley!

Yes you're right! Someone else had pointed this out. That's my mistake getting the two confused.

Exactly! It's perfect for that quick fire, on the go photography.
which is better for portraits?
zone focussing is absolute garbage and not faster than a rangefinder.
@@creepyloner1979 Zone focussing takes zero seconds. You do it before you start.
@@tuisitala9068 moron.
Can you explain the ASA in detail

Nice if it was digital

Matt Day talked about the Olympus XA not XA1, XA1 is a shitty camera and the worst one in the XA products line.
my mistake! Olympus and their ways of numbering things 🤣
