I love this💜 would really like to paint dolls but kind of scared but I shouldn’t be actually.
More so I’m just scared that I’ll get frustrated from messing up
I would like to not have major headaches but maybe if I do it while blasting music then it’ll overwhelm my senses, works sometimes⚡️

Have you ever considered using watercolour pencils and soft pastels to do your face ups...you get cleaner lines and blends and the pastels are great for contouring faces and you don't get any streaky lines or clumps and won't crack either... it'll really improve your repaints....❤

I do use them to a degree, but my thing is I don't want to stray into realism. I'd prefer my dolls to still look like dolls at the end of the day, so I avoid too many softened edges and most effects that pastels in particular are often used for in the hobby
