i just got the game and rly want to main kabal, ho do i get the skins for him? like without spending money
There are few skin packs you can only buy with money. But most of them are unlocked in the krypt, character towers, kombat league, race against time, AI battles. completing the tutorial for Kabal, in practice mode, gives you one skin. There are also various towers of time that come and go, the gauntlet towers and the summoned towers which are pretty hard to summon. You can also unlock kombat league skins in the secret meteor tower (here's a link: ua-cam.com/video/dL1VhWfLOXk/v-deo.html). Also, you can buy stuff in the in-game store with time crystals. You can earn time crystals in the krypt, race against time, gauntlet towers, kombat league and when you level up.
You can get 1000 time crystals if you subscribe to their newsletter (you can find this inside the game). If you link MK11 to the Mortal Kombat mobile app, you get Kronika's announcer voice too.

How do I get the Kabals return hooks there is no videos that explain
I hope you realise you left the same comment for the same guy. Kabal's Return (Complete Aftermath Story Mode Chapter 15, A Father's Pain). I hope you bought the Aftermath expansion or the Ultimate version of MK11.

Does it say ??? as an unlocking requirement? If it does, it means it can be unlocked in several places, like somewhere random in the krypt or by playing towers of time with Kabal.
That's one of my favorite masks the one on this video where did you unlock that one
I presume you mean the Black Dragon Slickhelm mask. I got it in a tower of time called Acidic Speedster. It must've been a Kabal themed tower of time. But there might be other ways to get, maybe in the premium shop or maybe just by playing towers of time with Kabal. I guess you have to keep an eye out.

I googled it. Apparently, it's a random reward if you play towers of time at brutal difficulty with Kabal. Look for the towers that give skins. Maybe there are other ways to get it, like the krypt.

Pure O2 (The Krypt - Random Kronika Vault Chest).

@@Thecharliesruiz A Kronika Vault it's not a place, it's an object. It's that silver transparent sphere. This vault pops randomly into the krypt, I think once a day. You must look for it.

But I didn't. I am still missing a few things. I did the Krypt 3 times, I spend a lot of koins at the Shrine, I went to Kollector's shop, I did the character towers, many towers of time, AI battles, completed the tutorial for Kabal and played a lot in Kombat League. Also, there are krypt events and they sell stuff in the in-game store too.
