Thank you sooooo much for this awesome video! I have been sewing for 50+ years but just bought the 6700... there is so much to learn! And I'm loving it :)

I love that you do these tutorials. They are very helpful but if you ever do another one, please show the screen box more clearly. I am a visual learner. If you went slightly slower and showed the screen more clearly that would have helped me more. You are a good teacher.

Thanks for the input! Remember, you can always watch a video over again, and use the pause button and the full screen mode on your computer so you can get a closer look.

Thank you Karen for this very clear tutorial. I live in the U.K and intend purchasing a Janome 6700P this week; I cannot wait to try it out. I already have a Janome MC500E and a Janome DXL603, so I am abit of a Janome fan. Again thank you very much.

I believe that pushing the "M" button will do it. I'm glad my tutorials are helpful.

I don't see anything about how to edit something (like a monogrammed name) that's already in memory. HELP PLS! THNK U!

Select it in the memory, then push okay (probably "M") to load it. Then you can change it. Then you can overwrite the old one by saving it in the same memory spot. Hope this helps.

Is it possible to memorize stitches, such as a block with an X in it?

There are ways to save length and width settings for any of the stitches on the machine, but of you are referring to programming your own stitches, I am afraid not.

Thank you for this tutorial. I have a serious problem clearing Mode 3, Alphabet so that I can start a new lettering statement. E.g. I selected Mode 3, keyed in 001 (A). I can't get that out of memory, I called my local dealer and no-one knows how to help me. Can anyone hgelp me better learn how to use this Mode 3 and clear the memory. Thank you so much.

Watch my video again - I think I talk about editing roughly halfway through the video.
