Hi Bradley thanks for watching our video - we are nearly finished with our build. I got to go inside last Saturday and have an update on the inside or our Zita 25. I'll will post soon.
@@JeraldBravo the build process was a lot longer than we thought overall pretty good a lot of defects after handover. Metricon have been pretty good and fixing them. there is no display for the Z 27 but The ala 27 is the exact same floor plan and there is a display home in Truganina I believe
I am not sure, but if I would be in the age of those people I would go for single level home, because of the stairs. Also single level is cheaper and easy to repair and not so many construction faults.
Yeah thanks for your comment Jean - we are in our 60's and yes we have thought about the future and moving around the house. Our block of land forced us to build a house with a small footprint. To pass our planning permit we had to make room for a sewerage treatment plant and water disposal - that took up half the block which didn't leave much for the house - hence the two storey. We love the place so far and the stairs are not a hassle.
looking good! im building a zita 27 in healesville

Hi @bradleypayne543, we are also gonna build a zita 27 soon. How was it? Can't find any display homes for zita 27 here in Melbourne.
