He's not only trying to speak urdu, he's trying to speak hindi too. Bangla is his mother tongue, Bangla doesn't have a very strong concept of gender that's why it's sometimes hard for Bangla speakers to speak languages like Hindi or Urdu
You should say Bangla grammar or Bangla Byakaran.
