I used to admire James Deakin when he was starting..But got disappointed when he chose to be with a much younger woman, leaving his wife who has been with him when he was unknown. I guess money really changes a man.
❤this! 💯
He’s chasing puki that’s why he’s a two face
She looks like his younger daughter. (Younger daughter since his daughter Sarah looks older than Roxy.)
I'm really impressed sa intelligence at wisdom ni james. He should have his own tv show/talkshow about vehicles.
He had one with CNNPh, titled Drive. Very interesting car reviews.
A wow interview. Thanks, guys, for featuring Mr. James D.
I love James Deakin! Hope to see him more.I love how he is Intelligent, reasonable, rarional..lahat na!! Thanks for this interview ❤❤❤
I admired him the first time I heard him talk about cars. But today I have admiration and a lot of respect to this intelligent person. Kudos to you James Deakin.
James is a decent man he's responsible and a good driving mentor.
This was fun. I’ve met Mr. Deakin multiple times and he’s always great and pleasant.
Huge fan of Tito James since -- very insightful, practical and well-versed with the status quo in the Phlippines. Shoutout from Vancouver! 🎉🔥🔥🇵🇭
He probably took after his own father
who separated from his filipina mother (Hernandez). Probably success entered his head, decided to hitch anew. This is a tragic occurence with some aging men who couldnt stay loyal to the wife of their youth who was with them when they were NOTHING😕😵😔
Ganda ng episode na to!
1st time to watch because of James. Sensible guy. Ph George Clooney❤
i enjoyed watching this interview. good job! nice final words from James Deakin
Even if he is separated with his wife he is still married, and kabit is still the term to be used for the other girl.
She’s a mistress
She looks like his younger daughter. (Younger daughter since his daughter Sarah looks older than Roxy.)
I liked James accent very clear and easy to understand.
👌😊 💕
thank you James for the driving advice about courtesy while on the roads, hope and pray that more drivers in Pinas show more road courtesy. Very nice advice indeed.
tito James tackeled from cars, to environment, to social media, to love life. He's fit for a segment anywhere.
What a casual yet very informative conversation.
One News! baka naman may spot kayo for James! he speaks well and hindi nakaka bore kasi he has sense and humor as well.
I admire Mr James Deakin. He is an A-list speaker.
Sir James is a good interviewee. Full of substance with manners to use respectful words.
Sinusubaybayan KO c deakin puede talagang mag hosting sa TV show.may hatak rin sa tao.malakas ang sense of humor.
Ako din, sinubaybayan ko ung shows at segments nya s CNN PH before pandemic pa.
Janno Gibbs, don't cut off your interviewees. Let them finish their thoughts before you butt in. Konting manners naman.
Finding love the second time. Why James has been in a different aura this 2023. 💘
Very Chill show... Very nice Mr. James Deakin
James Deakin is so authentic. Thanks for sharing your cute love story.
Ganda yung sinabi ni lodi james to humanize the driver in another car for us to extend more courtesy.
it's kinda funny that the title is about their relationship but most of the talk is about road safety and driving skills. Philippines numba 1!
Good program to watch! Very imformative! Congratulations to you guys.👍
Great show and great guest 👍👍👍
I can listen to him all day!
I lose my respect for men who are not loyal to their wives.
Same here... Turn off with this kind of gesture flaunting his kabet ☹️
Da gurl seems proud to be that kabit🍑
I think he lost some credibility when he started dating her.
I agree....I don't know why they are hailing James like he's some nice guy.
@@vyn4147 He was till that girl showed up. He's not perfect but I think he was better w/o her. Whatever healthy lifestyle he is advocating will be seen in a different light because of that girl. They're aren't shy about it either.
May I ask what happened? how did he cheat? I seriously just learned about that.
James Deakin is man of poise and wisdom, so chill lang❤
. . . kudos for oneph for having
content like this ☝
I like it..Ganda ng combo
Korek tito james! Thanks to you guys! 🙏🤙
Interesting talk show...only there were moments that Janno would interrupt and did not let James finish his sentence.
Idol tito James. Aspirational tito. 💪
“Over-compensating”!! 😂 Nice one, James Deakin!
I definitely agree on his perspective about driving in the Philippines. It drives me nuts when I first drove there. So different. Drivers are so uneducated and they do things on the road not because it’s legal or allowed but just because they can do it without being apprehended by traffic enforcers. It’s exhausting to drive there. It’s a jungle out there. And that’s funny how you commented that people who drives good looking cars are mostly “unpleasant” looking, which is sooooo true in the Philippines and here in the US.
Oh nice to see Mr Deakins! My life partner is an Aussie from Melbourne but we live here in the Philippines for good, I hope!
Who cares
Hello Sir Stanley and Tito James!
My Idol James Deakin!!!
Where is James's wife? It seems nobody cares about morality these days.
I agree. 👍💯
His wife is more beautiful.
Yun nga rin kinainisan ko.. ang tagal nila married, tagal din nya naging sikat sa social media tas bihira ipost asawa.. nung sila na nung bago, panay post. kairita.. but its their life so mairita ako hanggang mamatay ako. Charet hahahaa
Im sure they got divorced or something. Morality might not be in the convo na
Part 2 with Mr James Deakin, please.
Such an entertaining n lively guest in JD
Tito James is livin the life!!
Tito JAMES is the man! true Legend
Best show. ❤ 🙌
21:49... Is Epic.
When James Deakin becomes Romy Diaz for a sec. 😂.
But, he is such a wonderful guy in person.
"Romy Diaz" ? now I can tell your age LOL
@@joshi6898
Yup, that's right.
Almost the same as pareng James.
Pare! As I can't call him Tito 😅
We have honda safety driving school in paranaque. This promotes proper training for drivers and you also get a certificate. Mga kasabay namin dito are also truck drivers sent by their companies.
Ayos makipag kwentuhan ni Sir James 🧡 obvious na kind person and he knows his stuff well ☺ maganda din ang parting thought nya about road sharing at na may another human sa likod ng kabilang manebela 🧡 cheers cheers!!! -R
You should meet him in person. 😄
“Operating a vehicle is different from driving a vehicle.” - James Deakin
What's the title of the book?
Mr.Gentleman...
Mr.James Deakin...
Nice Guest...
This guy is deep.
Nakakatuwa naman tong episode na ito
Totally agree with James on emissions from EV being 'transferred' from on-site (vehicle surrounds) to off-site (power plants). If EV's were only plugged-in, this will create increased demand on grid power generation. HEV (hybrid electric) for now is most practical.
Plug-in hybrids also take time to charge + problem of safety (some cases of exploding lithium-ion batteries). Lithium ion solid state batteries are supposed to be safer and have shorter charging time and bigger capacity (therefore longer trips between charging). Sodium battery technology is also under development and reduces environmental impact of mining lithium which is a rare earth mineral.
Possible solution in the near future - battery swapping stations, instead of charging stations to reduce waiting time. Even better if the batteries are charged by solar or certified renewable (closed loop geothermal, hydro, etc) from a provider who is a contestable consumer. *Will work if batteries are compatible and made easier to remove/re-install.
Just helping disseminate info on Philippine Energy Mix stats as of 2015. It's actually "clean energy" that was close to 50%, not "renewable". Clean energy (C) includes Renewables (R) and Natural Gas.
Power Generation Mix as of 2015:
Coal @ 44.5%, Oil @ 7.1% = 51.6%+ (~unclean?)
Natural Gas (CE`) @ 22.9%,
Geothermal (RE) @ 13.4%, Hydro (RE) @ 10.5%, Solar (RE) @ 0.2%, Wind (RE) @ 0.9%, Biomass (RE) @ 0.4%.
In 2015, Clean Energy @ 48.2%+, of which Renewable Energy @ 25.4%+ (therefore only 25.4% of energy generated is Renewable in 2015).
Source www.doe.gov.ph/energy-statistics?q=energy-resources/powermix
Latest available figures as of 2022:
Power Generation Mix:
Coal @ 59.57%, Oil @ 2.26%,
Natural Gas (C) @ 16.04%,
Geothermal (R) @ 9.35%, Hydro (R) @ 9.04%, Solar (R) @ 1.63%, Wind (R) @ 0.92%, Biomass (R) @ 1.19%.
In 2022, Clean Energy @ 38.17%, of which Renewable @ 22.13%.
Power generation from Clean Energy in 2022 came down by 10% compared with 2015 [from 48.2% in 2015 to 38.17% in 2022]
Power generation from Renewable Energy in 2022 also came down by 3.27% compared with 2015 [from 25.4% in 2015 to 22.13 in 2022]

Let's also try to be more understanding while on the road.
I think we need to take into account that base load plants like those run by coal are needed. Without them, RE plants would not work.
@@tonyp2601 The stats support your statement. Dependence on coal increased from 2015 to the present. RE has limitations esp solar & wind which cannot produce 24/7/365.
EV is not environmental, the kids in south Africa are mining for cobalt they use to make batteries
That is why I am scared to drive in the Philippines. Most drivers keep changing lanes. There is just no road courtesy.
Tito James is a really good guy, parang pinsan nila zobel ayala
Mr. Deakin has an invaluable information on the many aspects of driving, cars etc. I may not be a car enthusiast but definitely, what I am hearing from him is more than enough for me to understand about motoring.
Regarding the hosting of Mr. Janno Gibbs & the other host, May I humbly suggest to let Mr. Deakin finish what he is saying before butting in. I believe the show will be more interesting also if added visuals will be shown when mentioning salient topics. For ex. the topic on what cars are best for road trips, city driving, 1st car for beginners, etc , pictures of Mr.Deakin’s answers/ choices would be nice to see.
suggestion lng po mas maganda po siguro kung pinapatapos nyo muna magsalita ung guest and not interrupting while nag sasalita sila
True. This is my second Men's Room episode I watched, and I'm already annoyed with Janno interrupting guests while talking.
He is not a host type.. parang kwentuhan lng dating sa kanya, lagi syang may sinisingit.. from Apo, Jeric raval mga guests nila
@@lduke45 nakaka frustrate lng minsan may gusto pa ishare ung guests tapos biglang isisingit nya ung kwento nya
Annoying mga pasok ni janno gibbs, tactless and nasisira train of thought ng guest sa mga singit nya.
why are u short of mics, and why is there a screen in the foreground...
“Humanize” versus “Objectify” the other people on the road. “We’re all trying to get somewhere.”
Common guys! Masaya mag drive Dito👍
I've said this before and I still believe that the Philippine driving rules & regulation/law are very outdated and badly needs a revision. James Deakin would be the perfect consultant in rewriting the law (LTO or MMDA).
james deakin: my idol!!!!!
yeah, same sa UAE, strict at daming cameras at may sms ka agad pag nagkaviolation
James Deakin is on point ☝️
give this guy a talk show, like the show of David Letterman. Seldon do you watch a guy who speaks with sense and easy to understand.
💯
Upgrade your sofa/couch for your guests please..
yeah not really nice
😅😅😅😅😅😅
Give them cash bit ch
They like being close to each other
Agree. That starter couch looks very uncomfortable and unprofessional ergo it’s distracting away from the guests eh ang ganda kausap ni James Deakin and Roxy
I love how Tito James puts such dignity in driving, as it should be. Kakilig his love story tho kagulat nang slight. Happy for both of them. Let's learn to share the road better, people!
Janno for the win sa kantahan hehe
Bagay siya maghost sa miss earth
Thank you for a very interesting and informative discussion/conversation. But I heard the word "amorticize" instead of amortize as I know it, so I googled both and only the latter showed up. Is "amorticize" commonly used in Australia?
Agree with James
We change ca every two years ❤same brand same color ❤our neighbors and some friends never know its new❤
Operating a vehicle and driving are 2 diff things. Agree ako sau 101pct mr james..
Nd s pagyayabang before i drive a car at bago ako nagka sasakyan 2 decades before, nag aral muna ako ng defensive driving s hinda at actual driving s A1..nag exam p sa NSC sa safety driving.. nag invest sa pagmamaneho para matuto.. awa ng dios, never involved s accident sa sasakyan..
Sir Janno should stop cutting James when he's talking or explaining.
James Deakin! Lupet!
6:36 "that's the horniest country" got me 🤣
Tito James 🙌🙌
Am "married" to a hybrid EV, wished I went for hybrid plug-in EV for longer distance electric driving.
Now I'm worried about parts replacements at 111,000 km at the 5th year. Hope and pray batteries or transmission parts don't wear out yet. 🙏 time to trade in soon but still serving 3 more years car payments.
Aside from James being a great person, I will never forget him because time came for me to change my car battery, and so I was out to buy one. Then, I saw a tarp of ? batteries and he was on it as an endorser and the manufacturer claims a 5 year battery life. Though it was quite expensive, I said to myself why not try it since James was endorsing it, I guess it was worth a try. So I bought one, and what do you know, the battery is still working fine since 2016. Knock on wood. No kidding, it still works to this day. Come November, 7 years na battery ko. Sorry, inedit ko brand nung battery baka kasi bawal.
47:15 Sabay tanong ng..
🤔🤔🤔
Iba talaga sagutan pag boss james! Nkakahawa ng katalinuhan!
Si TITO / PARENG JAMES DEAKIN....astig
It's not all about the age, it's about connection, deepest connection (soul).
I dont take offense at all".. "i dont see malice.." "it's an innocent.. forgivable thing to see" hahaha. Obviously 😂
Yes indeed very innocent and forgivable 😃
#ileftmybeautifulfamilytobewithmyhotkabit🍑🚩
If companies share some parts, why does the Philippines could not still make their own cars??
10 yrs na ako sa los angeles. meron biglang umatras..nag honk ako pero tinamaan pa rin ako.....thats the only time nag honk ako in my 10 yrs in los angeles
