- The Supreme Court handed down rulings on three major cases on Thursday. In Moyle v. U.S., the court allowed abortions to be performed during certain medical emergencies in Idaho, for now. Earlier in the morning, the Supreme Court blocked the EPA's "good neighbor" rule aimed to curb air pollution and address smog in its decision on Ohio v. EPA. In Harrington v. Purdue Pharma, the Supreme Court rejected a multi-billion-dollar bankruptcy plan for Purdue Pharma, the maker of OxyContin.
