Qidi Plus4 Platform Reset problems

- This video is for Qidi Support team to see my 3d printer is not working. They ask me to do a Platform reset, I did this in the first video, but that was on high speed, now I did it again in full video.
I sae on a forum that it can ben the sensor of proximiti in the bed that is busted.
Yeah, you're right. The support team thinks the same. So that's where we are now. BUT THEY DON'T ANSWER ANYMORE. Actually, we agreed to change it for a new machine, and I said fine, I'd drive to your warehouse with it. Then the line went dead from Qidi support. So I’m stuck with a high-quality printer that don`t works. What can I do I’m buying another brand

Qidi answar me, they will ship me a autolevel sensor, I have to change on the machine.
@@tecknotworking20 I have a problem like this. each time i try to print and it do the autoleveling, it stucked at the Z axe leveling in a eternal loop. maybe my autolevel sensor is broken like yours
Hi, thank you for asking. I actually have seen this video and tried doing that as one of the first things. I have given up. A lot of nice people out there have tried to offer solutions, and please still keep trying with me. Maybe one day we'll hit on something that works. Qidi support is long gone, sadley. @@tecknotworking20i did a plateforme reset and i let it run during 1 hour before be able to get the corner ajustment step. I had to return to my job after the lunch so i've startef the platform reset and let it run 1 hour before coming back to home to see if it worked and it did so... maybe you should let it run until it works.
@@Archeagle Yeah, you could be right. But Every time I made a reset, I ended up with the heatbed at the bottom. So frustrating
