@Adrian 0 I agree. I asked about the protein is because after I work out I feel drain and empty headed even though I eat before I go, drink throughout my work out and eat something after too. So basically that's what I was inquiring about.
Thank you so much. I have flat feets and I love wearing Nike shoes. So I workout in them. But some makes my arch part hurt so bad and chuck Taylor does as well. So maybe I need to invest in new balance. They just reminded me of Payless LoL thanks again.
o when I gain weight I have the perfect lower body that I want but I gain weight in my midsection as well. And when I train it feels like I lose my thighs and butt I don’t know how to fix it someone help 💀
