Glowing Body Skincare
In this video, I will show you some of my favorite products for a glowing, moisturized and super hydrated bodyskin. I am a firm believer in consistency over intensity and in value over price. I love pharmacy products and most of my skincare favorite products are pharmacy brands. Most of these products are affordable with a few exceptions. These products have worked well for my skin type and body and stood the test of time.

I am pregnant with my fourth child. I have used Palmers every pregnancy and have zero stretch marks! When I was a teen I developed hips quickly and got stretch marks there. I think I would have belly stretch marks if not for Palmer’s.

A good alternative for the Palmers oil would be the Neutrogena shower oil, which is primarily sesame oil (an ingredient in Palmers), and comes in fragrance free. I'm picky about fragrance if it doesn't "match" my perfume.

If you ever come to Australia, try QV. Its made in Australia and is the only cream that not only mosturises like Palmer, but is hypo-allergenic. I treated my eczema with it. They have one formulated with ceramides for it. Similar to what you did - i stayed consistent. Now the skin is so soft and nice, its like a baby's skin. I shiped some to my frind in US because she couldnt find it there. The QV is found at farmacies in AU if you ever visit 🤗

Please do video on hotel breakfast buffets in Europe. The staff cannot keep up with multiple used plates. Do we set them aside or use the used one to go back up for a second dish? i sometimes do that to save on resources and save staff time. You could sit for many minutes waiting for a used dish to be removed. I have to put cutlery on a napkin instead of on the plate because you need the cutlery for next dish. What is the proper etiquette? Thank you.

I, as well, have used the Palmer’s tummy butter during my first pregnancy and their stretch marks lotion, I had no stretch marks at all. In my second pregnancy I used the Bio Oil oil, again very good and no stretch marks whatsoever.
I just checked the Target site, and they sell the Vaseline spray lotion in the brown can, Cocoa Radiant Spray. Aquafor makes a similar product, the Ointment Body Spray.

When I was pregnant I asked my doctor which cream to use on my belly and she told me there is no scientific evidence that any brand cream has big influence to that. BUT moisturizing with any cream of my choice, that my skin like and I do not hate smell, will show results. So consistently is the key. I have tried few creams, used them daily and no stretch marks caused by pregnancy. Sadly, I do have those I got in puberty on my tights. Too bad that I haven’t been moisturizing then.
I use the same oil that you use in your pregnancy when I was pregnant with all my kids three of them. I visit my cousin in Australia in 2015 and she just had a baby and I was oh my god look at your body your don’t have any stretch marks and she said something like thanks for the oil that I was using. I was like which one.
I was not even engaged so while I was with her for two weeks, I just use it on my body and my Normal Stress marks that I had in my teens /20s started to fade away so when I got home and had my daughter one year later, I just continue to use it in my pregnancy , now when I go to Australia, I buy it there because they sell it at the supermarket. We don’t have it in Germany,so I really recommend it to everyone..palmers cocoa body oil.
We have the same taste in boat skincare. I too have very dry dehydrated skin. Took me years to identify the best for me.

Palmer oil i never use it
I use bio oil is fantastic
I love high end skincare
My skin is extremely delicate / dry & allergies
