This is the simplest way to make a paper rose! It will take you 3 minutes to do! Easiest way to fold, or better to say twist and spin, a paper rose. Decorate photo frames, mirrors or greeting cards and boxes with these roses. Or just make an appliqué, or a paper bouquet... Good luck!
i've been doing origami for years and i've always been looking for a good rose pattern. i think yours is the most realistic for how easy it is i have found so far.

So i made this and modified it by making a stick that looks like a normal vine thingy on a rose thing and made some spikes that doesn't hurt anyone, i sprayed it with the rose cologne and then i put up a letter that says "Babe, (GirlFriend) Thank you for sticking with me all these times everytime im lonely or sad or even when i need someone, so i made this since i don't know where to buy it (At my country we dont have roses. Well, we do its just, its not as many as you guys have) anyways thank you! and i will always love you until my last breath." So i gave it to her at valentines day and she was like "AWWWWW!!! your soooo sweet!!! :D you're welcome! and i love you baby ;3" so yeah! thank you for making this awesome video! if i didn't see your vid, i wouldn't have think of something better than that!

Just a guess, but to make them bigger use a larger circle size than a coffee cup and cut them into a wider strip.
