Grim developed a food addiction and weighted 400lbs than lost SOME weight but he's still overweight just slightly less obese? Than he found all the weight back again? What's so special about that? We will give him a break when he looks like Austin Theory or Randy orton. He doesn't serve a break? For what? Just for stopped to stuff his face with cakes all day? You overglorify people just for not being overweight. So what everybody else in the world does that. I’ve been on a weight loss journey recently, a tip from me is tracking your calorie intake. I’ve still been eating food I like, but I’ve been tracking my calorie intake. Eat 500 calories less than the calorie intake your body requires or burn 500 calories off each day. I hope this could provide some help in some way

LOL fun video. Monk fruit is actually healthier than sugar though. I had gastric bypass and my doctor told me monk fruit is natural and way healthier than white sugar. I love Smart Sweet. 200 plus pounds down 4 years now. I know this is a fun drama video but did you ever consider weight loss surgery? I had the same struggles as you. I lost 134 pounds and stopped losing around 234 pounds. The last 50 or so didn't want to come off no matter what I did. I had gastric bypass 4 years ago and went from 234 to 145 in a few months. I lost all my fast-food cravings and sugar makes me sick so no more temptation lol Just a thought. It's not for everyone. I know it's hard AF and I'm proud of you.
