I don't buy bread anymore! New perfect quick bread recipe in 5 minutes. Just bake!
PITA bread in the oven.
RECIPE PITA bread in the oven.
10 sugar.
10 g dry yeast.
400 ml warm milk.
Mix everything well.
30 ml olive oil.
40g yogurt.
Mix everything together.
Sift 600 g flour.
8g salt.
Knead the dough with a spatula.
Add flour in parts.
Place the dough on the table.
Knead the dough with your hands.
Form the dough into a ball.
The dough doesn't stick to your hands.
Place the dough in a bowl.
Cover the dough with cling film.
Let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
The dough turned out well.
Knead the dough with a spatula.
Sprinkle the table with flour.
Place the dough on the table.
Divide the dough into 2 parts.
Form each piece of dough into a ball.
Sprinkle the table with flour.
Roll out the dough with a rolling pin.
The dough thickness is 3-4 mm.
Shape the dough into bread.
Use any food form.
I use an ice cream mold.
The size of my mold is 10*18 cm.
Reuse the remaining dough.
Do the same with the remaining dough.
Place the bread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Cover the bread with a kitchen towel.
Leave the bread in a warm place for 15 minutes.
Bake the bread in an oven preheated to 250°C for 6-10 minutes.
Bake bread in the hot air oven.
Bake the bread until golden brown.
You will see the bread puff up.
The bread is ready!
