I need a pick me up
    A Rollin' Thunder truck
I need a shot of you
    A tattooed lady wild
    Like a mountain ride
I got a hunger, that's the loving truth

You got a long night coming
    And a long night pumping
    You got the right position
    The heat of transmission

    A shot in the dark
    Make you feel alright
    A shot in the dark
    All through the whole night
    A shot in the dark
    Yeah, electric sparks
    A shot in the dark
Beats a walk in the park, yeah

    Blast it on the radio
    Breaking on the TV show
Send it out on all the wires
And if I didn't know any better
    Your mission is to party
    Till the broad daylight

You got a long night coming
    And a long night going
    You got the right position
    The heat of transmission

    A shot in the dark

The story is, Malcom Young's funeral reignited the band to get back together in 2018, one year after they met at his funeral. Phil Rudd’s house arrest had ended, Brian Johnson’s hearing had improved, and Cliff Williams wanted to come out of retirement to pay tribute to the late Malcolm Young. All of the songs on “Power Up” had been co-written by Angus and Malcolm Young before Malcolm's death in 2017 - so the material is the last from Malcolm. The album was secretly recorded in Vancouver in 2018 and 2019. Essentially, this album honors his memory just like ‘Back In Black’ was for Bon Scott. It may be it for them but they go out with a bang! This one video is for the fans.

I met Angus in 88' when I was 20. Spent about an hour me and about 12-14 people there. Sinks in Hilton hotel were packed with sodas, and the other imported beers. In comes Domino's Pizza guy & all the kid could say was "ANGUS FUCKING YOUNG". Since he was on the job Angus gave an autograph. Angus is a very polite man
