Great video. Have the same machine with all the attachments. Love it. Suggestion: Add the stand on platform. You get better control & adds counter weight.
Looks like the perfect machine for what you do. The great thing about the dingo is it's small size, light weight and soft tracks that allow you to fit virtually anywhere and drive on turf without leaving tracks or tearing it up like some of the slightly larger mini skids. It's really a great option to have even if you already have one of the larger ones because of it's light, small footprint.
a marvel of modern life. before I had the dingo I used to require a car, a house, clothing, but since I got a dingo I am truly free, invincible almost. I can only hope for an upgrade in the outhouse attachment, as I find the air filter cover to be lacking in capacity. thank you , Toro.
we had the grappler bucket. good for demolition. used it indoors to rip down ceiling tiles and the framing, pushes right though cinder block walls 1 block thick. i recommend the dingo with the stand on pad to ride while you work. walking behind one all day can get tiring.
nice video! very valuable machine as far as versatility. I used one for several years back when I landscaped. it was a smaller wheeled model with turf tires(320 I believe) but I loved it. only 2 times did I have trouble with it getting stuck in muddy conditions and wish I had the tracks. I kinda preferred the wheeled version as I used the bobcat mini skidsteer with tracks and it seemed like I had to make 5 point turns to keep from chewing up the lawns. the hydraulic nursery forks were the greatest things ever. with those and the 36" auger I planted 24 2 1/2" dbh maple trees by myself at a park on one occasion. always wondered how good the backhoe attachment would work as we never had one (pricey).
I rented one of these and half way through the landscaping project I realized my guys had nothing to do! Basically I had 3 guys just watching me. This machine is a time saver and money maker. Afterwards I realized I could’ve of given the guys the day off and done this alone with the dingo.
Man what a machine....I am so going to get me one now, or I will see if my credit is good enough for a new one. You make all the jobs look so easy, and you really put everything together very well, I understood what you was talking about and just how to use the machine in general. thanks for taking your time and putting this video out here..it's the best video I've seen as far as showing you how the machine works..but really! thank you...Paul Maddox...Indianapolis, Indiana
I rented a vermeer and I was amazed with how much power I had. only thing I wasnt crazt about was how tall it is. but i moved about 9 yards of dirt with it and it really saved my back.
what an awesome compact machine. great reporting too. i'm dreaming of starting a trail-making business (recreational trails). would you think that this machine would be best for scraping the ground to make it nice and walkable? or, is there a less expensive option but a similar, automated machine like this i should go with?
I really like watching your equipment vids ! Is there any chance you could make a video walk around of all your machines.? And attachments including the dump truck and trailers ?
F , E & SONS LANDSCAPING herrera That's nice but we don't want to know about your wife and family all over the world. We only interested on the o dingo.
update, The dingo is sweeet! digging holes for decks and fences....not a problem. hauling soil, no problem. The platform is a ? for me. so I removed it. walking behind it is just fine. She is a powerful machine for sure. very happy so far and I really don't have a ton of work for it. but has seriously dug holes so easily.
Before i start clearing land and building my house i've been considering buying one of these. I can get one for 8,000$ (2005 tx-425 w/ attachments) and when weekly rates for a bobcat is 600$ i think id be better off. Any chance if you know how good resell value is?
That's the tool for the job. You could also use a set of pallet forks to get under them and pop them out of the ground. You probably are going to need to cut some of the roots with a nursery spade before digging them out with the Dingo if they're over about four feet tall. Depending on how they look someone might come to dig them out for you and take them. Mature boxwoods are hard to find and if you can find them they cost big money.
***** Hmmm... not cheap here in the uk and gold lined hens teeth to find second hand... spares plentiful and attachment's very much available mind... Cheers chap... I think I need to weigh up the pros and cons on that one...
There are great machines I must admit....even the KANGA! Similar controls, I learnt on a DINGO though........10-12years ago is what I'm referring on........I drive no heavier than 25T now ;-D
These are fantastic machines but you really have to be careful with them. I almost put myself in the hospital running one of these in high school. (had the presence of mind to take a step back and think before reacting to my mistake and making it worse) Rental units are often fitted with a large bucket, and if you're moving something dense like traffic bond, it's easy to overfill and tip the machine forward when raising to dump. They're extremely useful machines, but it is best to have some training before running one especially if you're not experienced on this type of equipment.
I'm looking at it as a helicopter-in unit for a large Mountaintop Hollow-Bar & Grout Injection Micropile & Foundation project ... However, seeing all the other uses shows many other ways it could be helpful with custom attachments in moving items when not being used as a Drilling platform ... in some cases replacing the need for an onsite hoist. Thank You!! grabcad.com/library/gantry-crane-hoist-1 :-)
Sweet. Thanks man. Been looking at getting one of these to start a bus. Now that youve owned one, do you think you would prefer the new tx1000 that you can ride on, or do you like the walk behind version?
Im in new jersey, usually just cut the grass short, spray and comeback in a week with a tiller. I ve always thought about skipping the herbicide though
if you are using one of these to move dirt and unconcerned about how it looks afterward..use one...if you use this one a lawn, you will tear it up with those tracks..choose a wheeled vehicle like a bobcat with tires instead
The quality of the average YT video is so bad, that it's hard not to notice good-quality stuff :-). Sometimes I wonder if people think that a proper YT video NEEDS TO BE shot by somebody with Parkinson's... Seems like roughly 70% of YT shooters haven't heard of this wonderful invention called the tripod...
Fantastic! Your video is far more informative and useful than toros product videos. Thank you!
Great video. Have the same machine with all the attachments. Love it. Suggestion: Add the stand on platform. You get better control & adds counter weight.
One of the better videos out there illustrating the many uses of the mini skids - thanks!
Thank you for this video I've been researching for hours for a video like this one showing me all its uses
Great video ! Very informative. Thank you for this
I was thinking of getting one for my business and this video makes me more confident in pulling the plug and getting one.

Excellent and proper way to show and tell the TORO DINGO...Thanks !!!

SuperGirl73 You're such a useless moron.
Thanks for sharing this. Your oratory skills are terrific. Congratulations for an exceptional instructional video.
I am considering a purchase of one of these machines, Thanks for the excellent video demonstrations!EJS

That was a great video -- informative and well narrated with a nice breadth of examples!
Great video!! Thanks for all the great ideas. Just wish I could afford one. Gonna have to rent one for a few days and get my yard in shape!
How to remove attachments from a Toro dingo
I am sure Toro has gotten a lot of traction and sales from your excellent video. I don't have the need for one but I want one anyway. Great video.
oh c'mon we all know that is not the way tools work! The needs comes after you get it. LOL
You did a great review. You touched on all the task where it comes in handy. I only wish you had made this video in 2006
That log splutter at the end was cool.
I just used this style dingo Saturday. It was awesome powerful.
I rented one of these and half way through the landscaping project I realized my guys had nothing to do! Basically I had 3 guys just watching me. This machine is a time saver and money maker. Afterwards I realized I could’ve of given the guys the day off and done this alone with the dingo.
great job, Im picking up a 525 soon, cant wait to use it
Yea. Comes with auger head. Bit, forks and bucket. Should work out nice. Will be referring to you for all the different uses

Nice to have the right tools/machine 2 get the job done fast and correctly. Enjoyed yer video.
as billy mays would say back when he was alive. any job big or small, the mighty dingo does it all
Very nice. Looks like the Dingo is the only staff member required.
Almost.
I can't believe 62 people downvoted this video... What a bunch of losers. I love this vid. Thanks, it's very informative.
I think they are fans of a different brand?
Yes thank you so much your videos really do help
what an awesome compact machine. great reporting too. i'm dreaming of starting a trail-making business (recreational trails). would you think that this machine would be best for scraping the ground to make it nice and walkable? or, is there a less expensive option but a similar, automated machine like this i should go with?
Indeed why not use it to shovel snow. That made my day thanks
Great information! I am looking to get a Dingo very soon. I see yours is gas operated. What is your take on gas vs diesel?
looking for something for cleaning out barn stalls, how big the bucket & to do small jobs, around the farm
I know I'll have to check with a specific dealer but how much does one of these cost? and how much are the attachments?
I really like watching your equipment vids ! Is there any chance you could make a video walk around of all your machines.? And attachments including the dump truck and trailers ?
Excellent video!
Great video, what’s the average price for the attachments? 2-3 k?
I like very much but I need to bey used one do u have used one?
Wow you really love your Dingo.
U sound like you're in live with that dingo. lol. sounds like a great tool. nothing beats a dingo
super video. I rent one all the time. I should buy one. such a useful tool.
Renting is an ok option. Those machines add up quick!
how much is a dingo? it looks very useful
Great content video!! Thanks for selling me even more on this Dingo!
If you need to do any of the things in this video, and more, you won't regret the purchase. If you can swing it get the diesel.
Thanks for the info !
Thank you. I WANT ONE!
Questa si che è una MACCHINA
👍👍👍👍👍
I love mi wife and family and I love toro dingo
F , E & SONS LANDSCAPING herrera That's nice but we don't want to know about your wife and family all over the world. We only interested on the o dingo.
how much is the price of this dingo?
Great video! I'm currently looking at purchasing a mini track loader. Have you had any experience with the bobcat mt55?
love it. DO you have a hydraulic hammer attachement?
update,
The dingo is sweeet! digging holes for decks and fences....not a problem. hauling soil, no problem.
The platform is a ? for me. so I removed it. walking behind it is just fine. She is a powerful machine for sure.
very happy so far and I really don't have a ton of work for it. but has seriously dug holes so easily.
Great video how much damage do they do on lawns
If you're careful turning not much at all. I prefer the Dingo to the Bobcat Skid Steer when I don't want to trash the lawn.
Before i start clearing land and building my house i've been considering buying one of these. I can get one for 8,000$ (2005 tx-425 w/ attachments) and when weekly rates for a bobcat is 600$ i think id be better off. Any chance if you know how good resell value is?
I've got about 40 foundation planted, Very Mature Boxwoods to remove and I'm really thinkin about renting one with a 4 n 1 maybe
That's the tool for the job. You could also use a set of pallet forks to get under them and pop them out of the ground. You probably are going to need to cut some of the roots with a nursery spade before digging them out with the Dingo if they're over about four feet tall.

Have you found a attachment manufacturer that you like best? I'm looking to buy a trencher and a few other attachments for mine. Thanks!
Great machine, seems like a great investment
Amazing video
Can you grade land with this? Trying to smooth out my bumpy land.
Yes!
this is looking to be very handy tool and compact can you put a mowere attachment on it also what kind of money wwe talking here
OK.... I'm convinced ... I want one!
What's it like on spares, servicing and suchlike? Are the additional attachments particularly expensive?
***** Hmmm... not cheap here in the uk and gold lined hens teeth to find second hand... spares plentiful and attachment's very much available mind... Cheers chap... I think I need to weigh up the pros and cons on that one...
Could you list the attachments you mentioned in the video by make and model, so I can try to find a dealer who still carries them.
There are great machines I must admit....even the KANGA! Similar controls, I learnt on a DINGO though........10-12years ago is what I'm referring on........I drive no heavier than 25T now ;-D

do they make a snow blower attachment for the dingo? i have definitely have seen them just didn't know what brand
What do you mean watch out in deep snow?
Brian Fitzpatrick huh?
I'm looking at buying a used mabe,,,,,,any suggestions???? Just for use around my house
you have a really nice setup though, can i ask how much you have into the dingo and all the attachments like 23k?
Very Helpful :-) Thank You for making the video.

Awesome machine i want one.
It was a great idea to do the entire video with a voice-over --- made for a higher quality video in the end.
This guy is the man
Dingo ate my BABY!!!
Really useful, I would love to have one of these
Sweet. Thanks man. Been looking at getting one of these to start a bus. Now that youve owned one, do you think you would prefer the new tx1000 that you can ride on, or do you like the walk behind version?
Have you ran the vermeer ride on models. I really like those machines, tons of power out of the diesel models
I'd get a ride on one so you don't have to do so much walking.
***** Good point. Its probably a smoother ride too.
Can u use this to dig out an area for pavers?
Have you ever had any trouble with grass growing back in beds since your not killing it first?
Im in new jersey, usually just cut the grass short, spray and comeback in a week with a tiller. I ve always thought about skipping the herbicide though
Very nice machine
Thanks for the info...
You put the agur for log in the middle of it or to one size on the outside
if you don't mind me asking what does one of these units run? Thanks
7:48 Is that an Acer? Did it survive?
Subscribed! Very helpful!
How much?
Can it dig?
It comes handy . Expensive i think
U R making me wish I owned one of these,4 snow removal would have come in handy. Wolcott had 33". Not nice. Florida had zero.
if you are using one of these to move dirt and unconcerned about how it looks afterward..use one...if you use this one a lawn, you will tear it up with those tracks..choose a wheeled vehicle like a bobcat with tires instead
i guess theres a learning curve!!!
What width Dingo is that?
It's the TX425 Wide Track.
Great commercial! 😆
I got my dingo wet on my 13th birthday.. It was pretty terrible.
You need to get a platform for it you would be more efficient, walking with that thing all day would be like working
i had one but the wheels fell off
Mine too! And there were no 'tracks' to follow so I couldn't even find them.

No platform for standing...😢
and it wont eat your baby
I didn't watch the series but I hear that once in a while.
Ha, he is talking about his dingo...
how much is?
