I know. They just judge something because they haven't watched it themselves and some they have to pay for UA-cam Red. Seriously it's not like they can do something better. All these youtubers spent a lot of time on the show and it turned out really good. Idk why people are hating, when I watched the first episode, I thought that it would be a really good series and I wasn't let down. All the haters are saying that just because they're youtubers, doesn't mean that they can act but the hater probably can't act to save their lives. The show even won a Streamy! I remember watching this under the covers with my cousin when we were younger at the 4th of july and easter. This brings back so many memories :)
I'm really disappointed in so many youtubers participating in UA-cam red. 1.its not available to everybody depending on where you live 2.not everybody has the money to pay for it 3. It kind of feels like they're doing more for money and business than creating stuff solely for their fans.
Um it's how they make their living. They can love the fans but that don't pay the bills. If they got regular jobs to pay the bills, then people would whine that they don't put out daily videos. Get real people..money makes the world go 'round.
They make plenty of money with their own channels. UA-cam Red is just plain greediness.
Joey wanted to make something for us (that unfortunately only some of us can watch). However, creating something as big as this he had to go through UA-cam Red to do it. So what? He certainly wasn't going to take it out of the money he needs to live on and provide for his family of four (including Wolf and Storm!). Funds and sponsorships aren't a definite way to pay for everything. This was an amazing opportunity to work with professionals, gather his friends, and have fun with it all. Sorry some of you can't watch it :P

While I do think that UA-cam Red is definitely and advantage, I have to agree with +Kichona Cho and say that he probably thought youtube red could be trusted to make this into the biggest production it could be. Idk, but i don't think he did it JUST for money. He wanted it to be on a platform so that it could take off and he got all the help he needed is what i am assuming. idk if this helps clear things up, i hope it did :)

They're not doing it for the money, they're doing it because they want to create bigger content for us. These projects cost a lot of money to make which it's why it's on UA-cam Red. UA-cam gives money to help create these shows and in return, the youtubers have to put on UA-cam Red.
You still get their regular content. A lot of people want art, music, and movies but dont want to pay for it. If you don't pay they can't make anything.
you can download youtube music and use the free 14 day trial... Also it's not the youtubers who are charging the fee but actual UA-cam, the company.

Because it's premium content, and also has no ads because you're paying to view the content. The costs associated with making all of the shows on UA-cam Red will most likely be much higher than your typical "premium" UA-cam video. The costs make total sense for what you're getting, and aren't that expensive in the grand scheme of things.

The whole thing looks kinda silly, these UA-camrs can not act. Some of these people want a career in film & television, I don't get why they haven't sought out formal acting training, joined improve classes etc. I think Escape the Night would have been more effective if it was presented as a reality tv competition type thing where they can just be themselves.

Anybody else remember an insignificant little reality show called "Whodunnit?" on abc? Even if this isn't good, I am sure it will be exponentially better.

I loved that show sooo much i wish abc would make a season 2 I love murder mystery esque shows which is why I'm obsessed with Scream and Scream Queens
