"Nobody's gonna judge you if you do this on your bed" is actually so comforting to hear 😭 I live with so many people in a single house I feel self conscious and uncomfortable doing exercise in the house and my bedroom has very little room for a proper exercise so the bed is basically all I have. So glad i came across this channel, reminds me a lot of Hybrid Calisthenics with how considerate both are but obviously have different approaches and energies
Being self conscious is part of the journey in my opinion and the first breaking point is getting over the thoughts of others… coming from a large family who isn’t big on exercise I would know. You just have to be the change you wanna see in your household and motivate them in the process

@@chiragsoni8538 Maybe a person to person cases, but when I were still in barrack we often do some sit-ups on bed because we can't go to sleep & we weren't allowed to go out of our cabins. So yeah this does works for most of us back then.

@@DundG yeah no pain no gain is a bit of a trap. It's true, cause pushing yourself to failure is how you build muscle, but too many people just power through it.
@@Jenna_Talia I speak from experience. Wanted to loose weight by running. Lost weight, got too motivated to push even further... git a inflamation on my right ankle. 1 year later I still have problems with it, but now I build muscle slowly to restabilize it. Do it slowly, but constantly!
This helps so much. I quit gymnastics a couple years ago and miss being flexible. With him I have simple options and feel good about not being able to do something yet. Plus he's not wrong about feeling good after you do the exercise.

As a disabled, unfit person whos working on physical therapy at home to manage pain and weight, these are amazing tips. Got hit by a car, and kinda gave up on being able to move more than a few feet with out being tired. Changing that one movement at a time. Its all about building mobility and endurance, not aiming for big muscles.

Love these videos. A lot of days I physically can't fit in a full workout. These 5 minute supersets I can fit in at random points when I have a few minutes spare and give a real energy boost throughout the day!
Just finished. Can confirm, I feel really good after. I couldn’t manage more regular push ups than 5. I switched to the knees down for the rest until the last set, where my poor arms were shaking so much I had to switch to the wall ones, which I did still feel. I love these shorts!!! Theyve been helping me so much. I was a athlete when I was younger but I never properly trained each muscle group. Even the smallest exercises that I think arent doing anything have me feeling that ‘good’ sore feeling after doing some hard work. Ive noticed a huge difference and I’ve only just begun. I tried going to the gym a couple of months ago, and "luckily" I had a little group of ex-classmates that were helping me with different exercises. One day, they asked me to do push-ups. The gym was full of super jacked guys, and guess what, I couldn't even do one push-up. I was so embarrassed and I could notice the smirk on people's faces (even the ones in my group). Needless to say I felt quite bad, and after that day I started to make excuses to no go, and eventually quit. But thanks to your channel I can finally do at least 5 full push-ups (I have very weak arms if you couldn't tell). I started with the ones on the wall, then switched to the knees, and finally I'm here :). Also I do a lot of stretches that I've learnt from your channel and that made a lot of the pain that I suffered finally be gone. Thank you so very much, and stay flexy!

Im glad that proper fitness enthusiasts understand that not everyone is able to what theyre able to do. Im personally overweight and trying to rebuild some strength so that when it comes time to correcting eating habits I can just workout to fight the urge to munch. But the first step of that is rebuilding strength I dont have anymore so finding easier ways to do exercises that for the moment are hard is genuinely super awesome. TLDR: happy you include easier versions
