"Nobody's gonna judge you if you do this on your bed" is actually so comforting to hear 😭 I live with so many people in a single house I feel self conscious and uncomfortable doing exercise in the house and my bedroom has very little room for a proper exercise so the bed is basically all I have. So glad i came across this channel, reminds me a lot of Hybrid Calisthenics with how considerate both are but obviously have different approaches and energies

I love these shorts!!! Theyve been helping me so much. I was a athlete when I was younger but I never properly trained each muscle group. Even the smallest exercises that I think arent doing anything have me feeling that ‘good’ sore feeling after doing some hard work. Ive noticed a huge difference and I’ve only just begun. Thank you so much

i love when people are understanding, saying stuff like "if this is too hard, dont worry you can do this instead" since im a complete beginner and not at ALL fit, so its good to start out slow and work my way up :)

Thank you for all your expertise and experience. The fact that you give those of us with less range of motion easier options to do it's fantastic. It is keeping me motivated to do daily stretches. I'm seeing progress with my legs, it's a little slow, but it's worth it! Thank you!

Thank you so much for mentioning the in the bed thing. It's something I've felt guilty about, not having the mental energy to get up and exercise but doing things like this in my bed. I really appreciate it

I like how he says “if it’s too hard” he isn’t coming down at you, he frrr is giving you probably a better option to do it

I tried going to the gym a couple of months ago, and "luckily" I had a little group of ex-classmates that were helping me with different exercises.
One day, they asked me to do push-ups. The gym was full of super jacked guys, and guess what, I couldn't even do one push-up. I was so embarrassed and I could notice the smirk on people's faces (even the ones in my group).
Needless to say I felt quite bad, and after that day I started to make excuses to no go, and eventually quit.
But thanks to your channel I can finally do at least 5 full push-ups (I have very weak arms if you couldn't tell). I started with the ones on the wall, then switched to the knees, and finally I'm here :).
Also I do a lot of stretches that I've learnt from your channel and that made a lot of the pain that I suffered finally be gone.
Thank you so very much, and stay flexy!

The single leg ”stretch” will def hurt my lumbar spine🥲
Any other versions of that one I can do?

I love how considerate you are, like I can’t do a proper push-up, and my neck always gets tired yet you still took the time in a 60 second limit to show easier variants that still work to get the same end result 🙏 have an awesome year (a day isn’t enough)

Thanks man! I left this running while I did the exercises, and it felt like u were driving me to carry on and pull through it... I often do 10 push-ups and call it good enough, thank you for pushing me through 3 sets... I definitely feel it!

Im glad that proper fitness enthusiasts understand that not everyone is able to what theyre able to do. Im personally overweight and trying to rebuild some strength so that when it comes time to correcting eating habits I can just workout to fight the urge to munch. But the first step of that is rebuilding strength I dont have anymore so finding easier ways to do exercises that for the moment are hard is genuinely super awesome.
TLDR: happy you include easier versions

Honestly, thank you so so much for this and for all your videos. I've tried a lot to do push ups but my neck hurts when I do it, and the way you give alternatives if it's too difficult for us to do it like that is very comforting ❤
