Its been awhile since i watched,i do notice the bells effect though,what i like is how you give a setting to think about,which really helps with visualiztion,when closing my eyes.
This reminds me of an episode of The Office where Jim would play a sound on his computer and then offer Dwight an Altoid and basically he would just keep doing it to mess with him and at the end of the episode he played the sound again and Dwight just held out his hand to grab an Altoid without Jim even saying anything

I discovered ASMR through the algorithm by first watching self hypnosis videos. But I moved on to traditional ASMR because there was more variety and novel triggers. You have a great delivery for hypnosis and this video brings a lot of comfort to me by revisiting traditional hypnosis techniques.

I would never have thought that the sound of a bell would ever make me feel sleepy, but I was pleasantly surprised at how effective it was becoming after the third or fourth ring. Although it is a very nice sounding bell, I think it works as well as it does because of the skill of your conditioning process. This is a new favorite!
