I saw that Tucker interview. I'm a historian of the World Wars and I wrote a three page response. Anyone who would say what Daryll said is simply a dilettante, mercenary revisionist ,and I don't mean to exaggerate or be derisive. It's just the most factual way to say it. ..One thing people on the right (like myself) need to come to grips with is, Tucker Is not a person of principle or authenticity. Although I appreciate some of his stuff he is very easy to charm and to sway by anyone with a similar political stance. I do like some things about Trucker, but at the core he really is just another superficial partisan journalist like you'd see on CNN or MSNBC. The fact that he is on the right (now) shouldn't change anything.
Dave Smith doesn't seem to know anything on this subject. For example, he states WW1 was an unconditional surrender. Nov 11 1918 is called Armistice Day. And Armistice is a cease fire. The Treaty of Versailles was a treaty (shocker.) You don't have treaties in an unconditional surrender. I lost all respect for Dave Smith here. Churchill wasn't even in office during what he mentioned regarding Poland. He's right that Woodrow Wilson was a villain in 20th Century history, but not for the reasons he mentioned.
