Can this be played with Java and Bedrock edition in one server?
For bedrock, there is a different map, you'll have to find a video for it

Dude, what do I need to do to open the window you opened right after downloading the map?
So… everything worked but after a certain distance in a radius chunks star loading in with water and obsidian exc.
How does one fix that?

just came across this and had to quick questions. Unless I go into aternos and "turn the server on" I won't have access to it on Minecraft unless it's on? and If that's the case are my friends not going to be able to join freely if they don't have the access to aternos?
Yeah, so you will have to turn on the server every time you want to play. If you want the server to be on 24/7, then you'll have to buy the aternos subscription, And your friends won't be able to join unless you turn on the server, and the server will stay on as long as there is someone in the server playing. hey! multiple people can control one aternos account so just get their emails and they can turn it on when they wanna play :)

No, All of you will be on the same island

Are there all the surrounding islands or just these 2?
There are islands all around you but i don't know how many uslands are there, you will have to bridge towards them and find them, the reason you can't see them is because on aternos your maximum render distance can only go up to 15, by default it is set to 10 so you'll have to manually change it to 15 another thing is that for some servers it only goes up to 10.

It worked for me, but there are no islands at all. I've searched a lot, but I don't see them
The islands are there, but because of the render distance being low, you won't be able to see them, You'll have to bridge in one direction to find the islands, on aternos the max render distance is only 10

There’s only 2 islands I’ve build 64 blocks in every direction on 32 chunks render and nothing
You must have some problems wheb uploading the world, create a new server then go to files, and delete the folder named "world" Next go to the world and upload your skyblock file here, make sure you extract it properly as shown in the video or it won't work

You'll have to get the 1.12.2 version of the map and install the 1.12.2 software and it should work

Can strangers join the server or is it just me and the friend?
Anyone can join, you'll have to share them the server address
@@DrRed2x So only the people that i share the adress with can join? I am asking this because i dont want strangers to join the server. Thank you for reply.
@skhorpy7004 Yes only those people can join who have the address, and if somehow someone got the address, you can simply change it. You can also whitelist people so only the people who are on the whitelist can join, but if the person who is not in the whitelist tries to join they won't be able to join so for then to join you will have to add there name in the whitelist.

@skhorpy7004 Go to OPTIONS in the aternos website and find and enable the whitelist option, and it will be enabled, To add a player in the whitelist you'll have to go to the PLAYER tab and there you can find the whitelist Option Open it and simply type the player's minecraft name and click on add, And the player will be able to join. Simple as that 👌

I only have 2 island and i restarted the world like 3 times
All the islands are there, your render distance is low, in aternos you can't increase the render distance more than 10.

when i joined on the server it was just casual survival world not the skyblock one ://
To create a new server and fix the issues you might be facing, follow these simple steps:
1. First, do all the necessary setup shown in the video.
2. Next, navigate to the FILES tab and delete the WORLD folder.
3. Then, go to the WORLD tab and upload the extracted sky block folder.
4. Make sure to check that the extracted sky block folder has all the necessary files inside it.
