Just wanted to say a massive thanks to Chris. Really enjoy these videos. I made the choice to change from iOS to Android. I had iPhones ever since the original, and have become increasingly frustrated and let down by the iPhones and their price. I spent a long time researching, thanks to Chris, for a cheap high quality Android alternative. After a lot of research, I took the advice and bought the OPPO Reno 4Z 5G. I have had it for about 2 months now and am absolutely loving it. It is a great, affordable phone. Absolutely no regrets moving over to Android and this phone. Thanks for all the help Chris.
@@anastasiabrazioti3740 Personally, for me, it has been a great phone. Still have after nearly a year and o have absolutely no thoughts about changing it. Obviously it won't be for everyone. But I feel what you get for the money is really good.
Been your subscriber for a long time, and as a well-wisher of yours, I have to say this - This video feels really ingenuine. I Wish we all could trust your reviews REGARDLESS OF THE SPONSOR. I am not hating on you, don't get me wrong, I mean you were honest enough to say this video is in-fact sponsored. But still, it feels like your good reviews and excitements and thereby recommendations could be bought.
I get where your coming from. But this is the reason so many you tubers get free phones ( not always ). It would be nice for not just Chris but most would actually say at the end if they would recommend it or not and say the truth. So many say at the end of the videos " let me know what you think in the comments below " . Again they do this not to upset sponsors.. No you tell me if it's worth buying or not. Thats the reason they will not say anything negative. They want more upfront phones which won't happen unless you give the sponsors what they want to hear. To be fair Chris does have a dig sometimes if he doesn't like something but would like him to do it more often.
I noticed that some reviewers don't actually spend the time testing the phones like they say they do, they just repeat the same things that they've heard other reviewers say. I know this to be very true of the Samsung S20 FE 5G selfie cam. Quite sad really, shows you just can't trust everything you hear from reviewers on here, but at least you can learn a few things about the product.

Just brought 3 months ago. Like new device best 140us I ever spent. I'm just planning use it for short amount of time but now I'm keep it. Just got android 12 last week . Love this
I'm taking the leap of faith following this review. This morning I had an Honor 20 Lite but the battery life was degrading, losing upto 25% in under half an hour. Luckily Argos took it back and I'm trying this phone out. Thanks for the review!
I grabbed it last week. I'm perfectly satisfied with the screen, battery life and camera. My only beef is the side mounted fingerprint reader, it's really hit & miss.
I'm pissed of with the finger reader as well. It's hit and miss, and after every 72 hours it stops response, which makes you think the battery is flat, until you press the button then it says you need to manually enter the password.
Many thanks for your informative and exciting videos. However it would be helpful if you could possibly use a rating system for example, 5 star for an excellent phone and 3 star for good but not great phone etc. In addition, at the end of the video you could perhaps mention the pros and cons of the handset in order to make it a bit easier for a potential purchaser!
I need a honest opinion I'm looking to upgrade this year at some point. I currently have a honor 20 would buying this be an upgrade overall in terms of battery/camera/screen/speed?. I mainly watch UA-cam and play games at least a few times a day so need something good at multitasking and loading up games very quickly given I have children so speed is necessary for a quick game 😂
Sorry Chris but this seemed more like an advert than a review. You were honest enough to say you were sponsored by MediaTek but did you have to mention their name every 10 seconds ? I come to you for your honest reviews not an advert 😠
Hi, I'm wondering would you recommend a Xiaomi or Oppo phone I have the Xiaomi Redmi 9pro find it excellent, was looking at the Oppo A72 or the Xiaomi Poco X3 for Xmas gift??? Thanks
I have this phone, I wouldn't recommend it, trust me just save up 50-£100 more and buy a One Plus or even a Samsung, at least those companies make phones that their users will like using not have issues all the damn time! 😤 Some of these shite phone companies give you amazing specs yes but they take shortcuts in software and even sometimes in hardware, some phones might look pretty but they make it look pretty instead of giving you what would be better is an OLED screen, dual speakers and better software! I'm talking about budget oppo phones by the way, I don't buy premium oppo phones so I can't comment on how those phones are, honestly tho, I bet even those phones have tons of software issues!

Interesting times are around the corner in the mobile world. Current mobile phones especially flagships got so good that there isn't much that can be improved realistically. Sure you can put in bigger or better battery (batteries lasting a week , this would be something) or better camera but apart from these incremental changes no other change would bring any difference. Yes you can put in more RAM say 16GB or even faster processor but 95% of users don't even reach current capacity in modern flagships. That's why we see these mid range phones are nearing flagships in terms of specs which is great for us customers. You get similar specs for half price. I wonder how you see the future of smatphones the Tech Spurt ?
I'm confused about the 120hz refresh rate comment being "until recently only saw on top end gaming phones", there's been a few good phones that have 120hz, or do you mean that because phones are now coming out with 120hz displays, it's kind of a new thing? Also, I'm pretty sure I saw a red dot hovering around the room, was that the MediaTek sniper waiting for you not to mention MediaTek? 😏
