I worked for Amazon customer support. Beware of seller warranty, if you do notget service denial letter , as most of the sellers won't provide. There is nothing Amazon can do about it. It's completely purchase at your own risk.

i buyed a refurbished phone micromax yuphoria almost 6-7 years ago ,the phone was good, but it had battery draining issue at that time ,so its good to buy a new phone rather then refurbished.
it was the original defect that product was a battery disaster
Yes you are right it's a defect in a phone itself because when I bought new yuphoria mobile at first day my phone battery was dead, but I didn't care at that time but in 1 year that phone shut down most of the time even if it's full charge or 80 % charge.
Yureka Plus has also bad battery experience
Every Seller on Amazon first claims that it's Amazon's responsibility for warranty no matter what.
But the reality is that it's FBA (Fulfilled By Amazon), EZCS (Seller Product but customer service by Amazon) or MFN GOLD (complete seller product but customer service by Amazon) product then it's Amazon's responsibility. If it's MFN/Seller Product then its Seller's responsibility completely.
The label on product page on Amazon will show you what kind of product it is even before buying.
But generally I've seen seller's even don't know that and simply claim contact Amazon and when customers do, the agents/executives file complain against the seller and then seller agrees to provide service (which is that he'll recommend you to take it to a service center, which helps tbh).
Also, the Service Denial Letter is what you ask from the seller when seller denies you to provide you service after which Amazon will file a A-Z Guarantee claim (ETA: 7-14 DAYS) against the seller and may take legal action against the seller if needed.
I was working as a Subject Matter Expert in Amazon 2 years back. That's how I know.
That is such an amazing thing to explain each and every process a buyer might face. Very good video

It would be best if you buy refurbished phones that are rated above good condition or rated like new in the website, would be more trustable.
In India, There is no such thing like customer support, customer care, customer happiness. So never go for extended warranty, refurbished products etc etc...

I had similar kind of experience recently with 2gud/flipkart and extracover{ six months warranty provider for the purchased blackberry curve 9220}. Within 10 days of purchase had a bootup issue and neither flipkart nor extracover accepted to repair it at first complaint.. after a fight of some 2 months finally xtracover accepted to repair it. But here started another drama and later paid back me 90% of the value of mobile @ purchased price by saying they are unable to repair it👍
It's appreciable that you are calling customer care, and showing real time footage.
Even I bought ioo7 legend from amazon it's as good as new, for some reason company warranty got activated registered via phone also it mentions no bill required to claim it
Renewed means the customer returns the product within 3-4 weeks without using it
Refurbished means the customer uses the product for atleast 1year

I am currently using a laptop bought from Flipkart (2gud) in superb condition for over a year and I feel that it's absolutely a new piece not a refurbished one, even thin plastic film was there on the box and not a single scratch, all documentation , charger warranty card everything was present
I subscribed this channel about 1 year ago and I never felt any regret for this. One of the hidden gem 💎.

Mine experience with refurbished phones is a mixed bag. I only prefer verified websites like 2gud.. most of the phones will last long but some will have some major issue that no one solve. One of the experience with my recent purchase wherein Samsung M10s was bought for Rs 5600 of "Good" condition and it has some mother board issue which there seller can't repair. ..and in that case you will get refund depending upon time elapsed. In my case it was 90% of the value.

Sometimes you get luckier in this case. People who return the phones within 7 days because after unboxing the phone the value depreciates from day 1. So you can get a better deal however your video on this topic can instill confidence in people to go for renewed phones.
"Service denied letter" scam hai..koe bhi seller ye letter aapko nhi deta hai.. aur bina is letter ke Amazon customer ki koe help nhi krta...aur last me customer ko suffer krna pdta hai..mai already Amazon pe ye experience kr chuka hun

It had a 6 months seller warranty
Moreover i was suprise to se the product and packaging as brand new piece. I could say it was just an unboxed product and not used as it was even having all ghe documents and cable in factory condition
Its been more than a year and i and complete satisfied with the renewed product

I bought by mistake a time but it was working good from 5years honor 8smart I have not faced any kind of issue with that
I have purchased 3-4 refurbished mobiles in last 10 years. So far the experience has been good. In India i have bought one from 2Gud and after 8 months of use, phone stopped to boot. The company arranged a pick up and in 1 month, after 2 follow ups they said that they cannot repair the product and refunded the full amount.
How much was the warranty of the phone?

Sir Refurbished and Renewed is different thing ---
Renewed -- If a person returns his Phone In case of some defective parts then the company will fix the problem and sell it in Renewed section

@@vlrema2898 if the phone was replaced or sold back to the seller in a bit lower price than the mrp then the seller would just check if the phone hardware is working good and sell it again as refurbished. the main difference between renewed and refurbished:-
renewed phones have some defective parts so they are returned immediately, so that means the phone which you will get will be in completely good condition because it's a brand new product, but in refurbished the product maybe 4 months old or 4 years old (it depends on the markings, superb, good, excellent....)

Refurbished- Products with little use and needed hardware/part fix. Restored to new like condition by OEM or trusted repair company.
Renewed- Used product, reconditioned, and repacked by the seller without any hardware fix.

I bought 2 renewed products from Amazon and both are wearable.
1. Honor band 4 - New price : 2499, I buy it at 1099.
2. Amazfit gts 2 mini - New price : 6999, I buy it at 2699.
I got both watches at above 50% discount and they are also working flawlessly.
And the intresting thing is that after 1 years of usage I sell the honor band 4 at 1000 rupees (because buyer is know that new price is 2499).

Maine cashify se iphone X liya tha superb condition and phone bilkul accha scratchless tha,mere unit me battery issue tha but cashify ka customer support bohot accha hai mujhe option diya ki maine replacement device mangalu ya refund lu.
Maine refund leliya kyuki mujhe risk nahi lena tha,my suggestion would be ki agar aap second hand lene ja rhe ho to usse accha refurbrished lelo but new lene jaa rhe ho to mehenga phone saste me lene ke chakkar me refurbished naa lo.

Update (for people in Jaipur): Cashify has opened a new physical store in front of Ganpati plaza and they are providing 1 month guarantee (any issue in phone = replace) and 6 months warranty. Iphone X and XR were available for 25-27K (64GB) (no physical damage or scratches were seen by me..still check if you get it). 😁 It is new store so the staff is quite friendly as of now. Aage bhagwaan jaane.😂
