1. Outstanding film, just a pity about the subtitles coming to an end, particularly because the translation is excellent. 2. It beggars belief that soldiers stationed in the Golan could be accused of stealing arms for Hamas who are all the way down in Gaza. 3. Many of us are aware of ethnic, cultural and racial discrimination in Israel. It's admirable that individuals stand up for minorities and make their plight known. 4. By extension, we should never forget the suffering of the Palestinians. I'm sure the circumstances in which this story is rooted would never arise if Palestine were free.
1. I don't know why this film--gripping as it is--shows up under gay-themed movies, although Glory does love Sasha as a friend (or am I missing something in the last dialogue?) 2. I can't believe they got off with such light sentences. Great movie.
I’m not sure why it does either. It started showing up under LGBT themed playlists randomly a few years after I posted it even though there’s nothing in the film related to LGBT issues/storylines.
