I remember seeing Amit in the video Hamas released of another hostage, Mia Schem, on the day both of them were being released. It was the one in which Mia made a "statement" to the camera that she had been treated well in Gaza. She later said in an interview that her captors had told her to say that and because she hadn't actually been released yet she didn't feel she had a choice. The other hostage Amit was sitting next to her in the vehicle. She looked very young; I had assumed she was only about the same age as Mia (21). Mia was one of the first hostages to give an extended interview after she was released. A lot of the haters and deniers made a lot out of the fact that she didn't report she was r*ped in captivity. But she was brought into Gaza severely injured after having been shot in the arm. It's possible her condition was one of the reasons she wasn't abused like Amit claims to have been.
Mia reported being touched during the capture, then she said she was kept in a house of a Hamas member who was married w/a kid and she believed that was the only reason she wasn't violated. But the kid was nasty as h-- . He would show her a candy box and then say, hey, it's not for ya. Their young are well taught.

I remember seeing Amit in the video Hamas released of another hostage, Mia Schem, on the day both of them were being released. It was the one in which Mia made a "statement" to the camera that she had been treated well in Gaza. She later said in an interview that her captors had told her to say that and because she hadn't actually been released yet she didn't feel she had a choice. The other hostage Amit was sitting next to her in the vehicle. She looked very young; I had assumed she was only about the same age as Mia (21). Mia was one of the first hostages to give an extended interview after she was released. A lot of the haters and deniers made a lot out of the fact that she didn't report she was r*ped in captivity. But she was brought into Gaza severely injured after having been shot in the arm. It's possible her condition was one of the reasons she wasn't abused like Amit claims to have been.

Sadly I think the reason that they don't release the other hostages, is that they are afraid that their cruel treatment will come to light and destroy their image campain ,or they are dead .
Out of the 100 released in November fortunately this is the only lady who appears to have gone through this. Some of the other hostages have said they were well cared for.
Plus the 4 hostages last week looked really healthy and free from trauma.
