GENERAL INTRODUCTION
Screw oil press machine adopts physical pressing and is suitable for pressing rapeseed, soybean, cottonseed, sunflower seed, peanut,tung seed and other vegetable oils. It has the advantages of low investment, simple composed, easy operation and maintenance, wide applicability and high oil yield. This screw oil press consists of vertical screw elevator,hopper, main oil press machine, L-shaped screw elevator, pressed cake bin and a vacuum oil filter.
WORKING PRINCIPLE
First Time Pressing:Raw materials are lifted into the hopper through the vertical screw elevator.Hopper stirring device working makes the materials enter the pressing screw. The materials are squeezed in the pressing screw to generate pressure and squeeze out the oil.Second Time Pressing :After one time pressing, there still oil in the cake that haven’t squeezed out, so the cake is relatively loose and soft at this time. So It needs to be lifted to the cake bin by the L-type elevator (In machine back side) and then first time pressed cake mixed with the raw materials for secondary pressing. After repeated pressing 2-3 times, the oil is completely squeeze out(Regular there still have about 6% oil in the cake can not pressed out) , now the pressed cake is formed and relatively dry.At this time, the dry cake can discharged through the L-type elevator. Only leave small amount cake in the machine hopper to continue feeding raw material and continuous pressing. After oil pressing, turn on the vacuum pump filtering oil. After the oil filtered, open the valve and turn on the oil pump to pump the filtered oil into oil storage tank for cooling and precipitation (Optional process can adding the oil refining system according to the customer's finished oil indicators and requirements). After all above process is completed, it can be filled into bottle and sold.

This type screw oil press machine can be cold press or light baking then pressing (medium temperature press method), one machine for multiple uses, to meet various processing requirement.

🔥🔥🔥Hot Press-Light Baking Press (Also Medium Temperature Press Method): Raw materials are light baking to 60-70℃ and then enter the oil press machine for pressing. The oil can be squeezed out after 2 cycles of pressing. This method ensures a high production efficiency, high oil yield and the oil produced has a stronger aroma and better flavor.
