Awesome job bud! I picked one of these up a couple of months ago to build my own enforcer APC. I'm planning on using the wheels and axles from the Necromunda cargo-8 trailer, also using the tracks from the taurox so I can still get a tracked trailer after. Thanks for another entertaining and inspiring video, carry on being awesome and take care.
Thank you. That’s a great call on using the Cargo-8 Trailer - probably better scale wise than the Ridgerunner I cannibalised. The Cargo-8 Trailer was not released when I originally started this build but I don’t think I would have thought of it so thanks for the tip! The tracked trailer sounds awesome too, can’t wait to see it!!!
I built this as a diorama piece but it I were to use it in-game I'd play it like a transport cage, there are 6 seats in the back but even with the roof magnetised for removal you cannot physically fit 6 models with bases inside. Hope this helps
Thank you. I converted the Taurox to have wheels purely for aesthetic reasons - I wanted my enforcer APC to look less military/Astra Militarum and more like it could traverse through the underhive and I used photos of real SWAT APC’s as a reference.
@@osbminiaturestudio you definitely nailed that look. That model reminds me a lot of the TAC (SWAT teams in Canada are called Tactical Team) for my local police agency.
You did a great paint job. But, I have to say that those wheels are much too small for a vehicle that size. Take a look at the US Marines Amphibious Combat Vehicle for instance.
I agree, I wanted to use GW kits and when I built the APC the only suitable kit was the GSC ridgerunner. If I was to do another Taurox APC I’d definitely use the Necrmunda ridgehauler as these are a better scale (as suggested by Meandering Shade)
Not sure which kit you are referring too. When I did this build the Ridgerunner was the only GW kit available with axles. The Cargo-8 Ridgehauler wheels and axles would be the best IMO
That vehicle would do better with the wheels off of the Ridgehauler. Excellent job, though! Great looking vehicle!
Was just planning how I was going to do my Taurox Enforcer vehicle! This was a great find!
Glad it is useful to you, best of luck with your Taurox!
Great tutorial, the final result looks so good!
Great job. Love the paint scheme.

+++ great job.
yeah to make it perfect. .you need to find larger wheels.. or dubble them up, preferably 50% larger solo wheels.. would be enough I think.
This looks fantastic! GREAT job!!!!!
Thank you so much!!
Definitely a cool build
nice looking model
That's a really impressive build. Can you fit any enforcers in it like a Transport bed? Or do you play it like a transport cage in-game?

Excellent video and channel, instantly subscribed ! May I ask where the wheels come from ?
Thanks for the sub! The wheels and axles are from a GSC ACHILLES RIDGERUNNER
Hey Aaron Hampton, what do you think about this?
Great model. Why did you replace the tracks with wheels?

Did you use the crew bits from the palanite Taurus?
I used the Astra Militarum Taurox crew that came with the kit with some Palantine Enforcers torsos/heads/boots to make the crew
I am always confused why Martian tanks would choose gray over a warm red with beige highlights
I'm confused how this is a Martian Tank, this is a Necromunda Hive City APC

Wheels look terrible. Why don't use Aurora's wheels...

@@osbminiaturestudio I meant Aurora miniatures taurox wheels set. That wheels bigger and look better for taurox model
