Billy Sherwood, already a songwriting partner with bassist Chris Squire, can be seen here playing bass along with Chris. He was brought in as multi instrumentalist and backing vocals on this tour. He was hand picked as Chris' replacement before Chris' passing in 2015. Long Live YES!

That was in Santiago de Chile on the Talk Tour in 1995. I know because I was there. And in fact in the video you can hear it better than in the venue because it was made in an old Santiago Train Station (Estación Mapocho), an old French-style building from the beginning of the 20th century, very beautiful but with very bad acoustics. Even so, it was incredible to see that live.
