I have the same tractor and blower with a rear blade so I can leave the blower on , it works well for me . Your front blade is doing a great job also .
I used to love when ice was all over like that - put ice skates on and go everywhere. Or run and dive on a sled and go forever. Hell, I would still do that now. I refuse to grow up. Nice video
Such a beautiful set up! I love it! I have a B7610 with loader and blower with finish mower but I would trade all that in simply to have that set up! holy moly that looks like smooth riding
This almost seems like that type of nasty icy snow is where a bucket would work the best busting that stuff up. Its rare to have a bucket do anything better in the snow but this might be it. That stuff is hard to work with but that blade is doing pretty damn good. Beautiful tractor and a good video.
Wish they made a plow to go on the loader arms that used the bucket hydraulics for angling, if they did I'd probably sell my B2782B. The blowers quicker but it's a pain to switch between it and the loader, not to mention having to change a shear pin on it, which is almost every time I use it. I have a long gravel driveway and no matter how careful I am I always seem to find the one rock thats heaved up and break a pin and they're no treat to change as you probably know, especially when it's 10 degrees out.
clmahs728 I have seen skid steer style front blades that can be used with the loader I’m not sure if it was just a one of or not. Would need a 3rd function connection for the angling and you would be good to go. It is a pain to switch back and forth for sure.
I have a B2650 also with a front snow blower attachment which looks like it attaches like yours. Does this plow attach to same hoses the snow blower attaches to? (unhook snow blower hose, hook up plow hoses?) and is hydraulic angle standard on the B2763 plow? sorry for all the question but I love the video and it really made me interested in a plow.
coveylane I also have a B2650 with the blower and I just bought the plow as well and yes at least mine attaches to the same ports the chute rotation hoses hook on to! Also mine happened to be the two center ports.
@@mainelyelectric Thanks Ben. I have not tried my plow as yet. I just have the unloaded Ag Tires and no weight on the back. What do you have and how well does it work? (When I purchased my plow, I got prices from two places, both with angle option, one was nearly $1200 cheaper.)
coveylane I just paid $2020.33 for my plow blade. I already had the snow blower. My plow is the 72 inch B2775 Do you mean the 60 inch B2765A for yours? I’ve never heard of a B2763. I have had my tractor and snowblower for a year and so far like it. It’s definitely more comfortable than my old setup of my rear mounted snowblower on my MX4800 with no cab but with 26hp instead of 48hp you can’t chew as fast but I’m fine with that since I’m more comfortable. So this year I felt I wanted a plow blade as well so I could plow my farm road through the woods since I can’t snowblow it because there may be stuff like sticks hidden in the snow and risk blowing shear pins like I used to do with my Mx4800 if I tried to do my road. I have not tried the plow blade yet but I will let you know when I do!!
Does your plow just have one hydraulic cylinder for the tilt? I just got one and mine came with one cylinder! Though I have seen them with two cylinders not sure what the difference is.
At 14:35 you slid sideways a bit while backing up. Did your pucker factor kick into high gear :-)? When I first watched the video it didn't seem like a big deal, but now that I own the same tractor and know how it feels, I think that would have scared me!!!!
During the beginning of the video after your second pass you lost the right side skid plate! Spring is coming you will find it then lol! I had a 2767 for my 2016 BX25D!
Hi bota driver. I have a B3000 with a B2782B front blower. I would love to get a front blade and wonder what model quick attached sled you have? The model I have mounted on my B3000 is B2791A. Is your the same model? Thanks.
Snow and grass hands down the turf tires give the best traction. In the mud the R4 prob have the edge. The turf tires on this machine are very deep and have provide all the traction I require.
Hi Nathan, most of the time I use the snowblower only. This was thick ice that we dont get very often. For the blower only the tires alone are enough. If I did more plowing id have to consider chains for sure. Take care

mattsbrute has
@ 11:55 snow sliding across ice - excellent

clmahs728 check out channel jo so slick he has a blade on his loader
Also just a tip for you since I have the same tractor I noticed your side windows are fogging up if you press the AC button it acts as the defrost!

coveylane p.s. I also have loaded turf tires since they are the best for snow and ice my dealer said.

Do you know if they make a V plow? I have a B2650 just like that with the snow blower but wanted a V plow for my farm road!
Hi Ben, I have seen some RTV's with the BOSS V-plow, they would be the only ones I can think of.

MrDae006 yes for sure... I know the area well and knew there was no possibility of a roll over but I certainly didn’t feel like getting stuck
Thanks, yes glad we dont get too much of that type of stuff
Should be at full rpms during operation
During the beginning of the video after your second pass you lost the right side skid plate! Spring is coming you will find it then lol! I had a 2767 for my 2016 BX25D!
Joseph Great catch! I sure did I found everything that day but the pin so all in all not too bad. Thanks for commenting!
kubotas sure is a way lot cheaper then a $180,000 trackless and $190,000 holder
Good eyes, I found it later Thanks for the comment
What is the height of the of this straight plow? What would be the deepest snow plowable?

Hi Pratzert, thanks for watching! Yes the front mount blower is a B2782B and the dozer blade is a B2763. Both use the same mount and work great
Thanks bota driver The quick mount sled I have (Model B2791A) should work ok then. Thanks for the help AND the videos.
Can you tell me....Did you have your seat belt on when the tractor hit the obstruction and came to a dead stop!?
ummmm......prob should have
What type of tiers do you find work best in the snow or wet dirt the Turf or R4?
Snow and grass hands down the turf tires give the best traction. In the mud the R4 prob have the edge. The turf tires on this machine are very deep and have provide all the traction I require.
Joseph, just letting you know if found the pin I lost a week ago!
Thank you
Hi Mech, people argue this all the time but I find the turf tires are superior in snow compared to the harder R4
I find the turf tires are best in the snow
i see that you hit that shed. You Need chains on the front of your tractor
Hi Carl, was a big cinderbloch frozen into the ground used to hold the shed down, I couldnt see it
Why no chains? I see you loosing grip... Just wondering...
Hi Nathan, most of the time I use the snowblower only. This was thick ice that we dont get very often. For the blower only the tires alone are enough. If I did more plowing id have to consider chains for sure. Take care
we dont get this very often so normally I dont need them
what blade and mount is that
