The neighbourhood Sandton park right next to the new city has been neglected by the developer and has not received any help from Zvimba council. The neighbourhood has no roads ,drainage no water ,this might have un impact on the new cyber city. Pressure needs to be applied to the council and developers to fix this for the benefit of our new city.

I understand where you are coming from bro, the headline is misleading, the works you see on the video are for the upcoming SADC heads of states meeting in August the Villas and those civils are for the villas that are to be built there prefabricated houses that takes 2 days to assemble but the concrete floors and civils are the major works as you can see, the real Cyber City definitely will be massive construction with a lot of heavy machineries and cranes and all that and that hasn't started. Unfortunately someone insulted you and attributed your question as a generalized mindset of the imbeciles citizens very much uncalled for he was supposed to explain this to you the way I have done.
