У,нас в Бурятии Новый год по лунному календарю 1 марта,в отличие от китайцев у нас на столе должны быть больше молочных продуктов,по другому Сагаалган или белый месяц,обилие белой пищи из молока(в это время раньше коровы телились,овцы ягнились и это пора появления свежих молочных продуктов ).😊

With the hind and front legs they are soaked in salt and left to cure for a long time and that is where the serrano ham comes from. There is also a breed of pigs called Iberian pigs that have very dark skin, others only feed on acorns and their meat is very expensive.
