Bicol Express with Sitaw (Spicy)

Bicol Express with Sitaw ( String Beans )
Ingredients:
*onion
*garlic
*pork
*string beans (sitaw)
*coconut milk (gata)
green chili (siling panigang)
red chili (labuyo)
*ground black pepper
*shrimp paste (alamang)
Instructions:
1. Saute garlic, onion and red chili
2. Add pork , stir and cover
3. Add shrimp paste and continue to cook.
4. Pour coconut milk (gata) stir and cover . Let boil
5. Add string beans and continue to cook.
6. Add ground black pepper and green chili stir.
7.done.
