    This was probably my fave workout of yours
    It felt so good it really had me shaking and I realized I could pin point all these weak areas in my body!
    I was sweating like a pig, my lower back feels good and that’s amazing for me because I have lower back issues.
    At one point I even said “why is raven trying to kill me?” Lmao
    It’s a great workout I loved it . Thank you for your work, Raven! You’re appreciated.
