Obviously a Smash clone, but was fun to play through anyway. I did two arcade playthroughs to cover all of the bonus stages as well as the two different arcade paths. The later stages are different depending on which character you chosen. Lastly I included all of the missions from the mission mode.. took the most time lol. Aside from some of the missions being stupidly difficult, the rest of the game is quite fun.
I don't think it's really fair to call it a Smash clone, at least compared to other platform fighters. Smash-Up doesn't even focus on ringouts and has health bars instead of percentages.

I love that the timer is in seconds rather than minutes, for example, 240 seconds mean four minutes, and counts down the last five seconds in red. I noticed that the game was released on September 22nd, 2009, six days before Nickelodeon introduced its new logo we currently have, and bought the TMNT in the same year.

We're still getting plenty of Master System games, but those are a bonus videos outside of the normal schedule

The TMNT 2007 characters voiced by the 2003 TMNT voice actors is truly GENIUS.
And the Shredder in this game is from the 2003 series.
