@Kylla McComb oh no worries! it varies from person to person, it’s essentially when two or more senses are connected/associated. so for me, if i hear something, i also see colors. for others, another common thing is letters and numbers having colors, or personalities. and that’s only a few examples, the forms of synesthesia are pretty diverse ^^
