    When you measure the scale line, should the line be placed on the inside, middle point or outside of the thick black vertical lines of the scale?

    Thank you. Awesome video. I have a question, where is the Fixed length line tool located in ImageJ? In my version I do not seem to find it. Do i need a plugin?

    i am using mean intercept method. after finding l value then what to do? G= 2n-1 one formula, another one G=-6.6457logl-3.298 is there. i m confused..
