      Sares.. Is the original Hindu cultural dress of women of indian subcontinent which includes India, Pakistan, Bangladesh.. Other dresses like shalwar kameez amongst punjabis came later I believe and baluch, pukhthoon cultural dresses are different as they have turkic/ Iranian lineages.
      More younger Pakistani women, girls are wearing sarees again thanks to indian movies, indian dramas.. Its good to own our original culture. Sarees were commonly worn by most Muslim women before and even after partition right upto 1970s.. After that you hardly saw anyone with few exceptions amongst higher class family functions but now again more and more women, younger girls including celebrities wearing sarees.
      Yes we feel good to return to our original Hindu cultural dresses. We always stay attached to indian movies, dramas cause its in our genetics to stay close to Hindu cultural roots, norms, dresses, values, music and food.

    The saree which you wore , he said its Kanchivaram.. Its original name is Kanchipuram and this place is in South Indian state of Tamil Nadu , near by Chennai. So Kanchipuram Sarees are pride of Southern Indian. Though it exported from Jaipur , I would suggest Sardar Ji to connect to direct producer or wholesaler from Kanchipuram and you will get even more varieties. I must say the shop is so beautiful and collections and vibes of the store is very good. Same like Indian shops.

      I am Pakistani but from South Asian race of HIND/ indic. Hind has been around for thousands of years although it was divided into many princely states in later centuries but if we go back to earliest civilisations of Indus valley then we are of Hind race with Hindu ancestry. My forefathers were from bhutta caste which is Suryavanshi rajputs clan originating from AYODHYA ( Where Sri Ram was born). From mother side I have kashmiri blood to which dates to Hindu brahmin ancestry roots. So from both father and mother side my ancestral lineage is from Hindu suryavanshi rajputs ( AYODHYA) and kashmiri brahmin before later generations accepted Islam. All punjabis castes, marathas belong to one big family of Hind. Some were Buddhists like sindhis, afghanis but rest were from Hindu ancestry. We must not be ashamed to acknowledge our Hindu ancestry roots. Indian Hindus are our blood cousins and in reality closer to us then Arabs, turks, Iranians, Afghanis.
      We have same language as Indians, remember our national language urdu is made from sanskrit, turkic, Arabian and Persian words. We are Muslims for last few centuries true but culturally we are still Hindu the way we celebrate our weddings, rasms/ traditions, superstitions, garlanding and style of celebrations. We are of indic group, so don't be ashamed. Many of us in Pakistan do have ancestry lineage mixed with turks, Arabs, afghanis, uzbeks but vast majority is indic / Hind with Hindu ancestry. Hindu Indians are our blood relations are we must rebuild our relations with them. We can remain Muslims but culturally we have commonality with indian Hindus as we belong to same indic/ Hind group.
      We most stop pretending to deny cause of religious differences. Fact is Indians and us are one people and I am proud of my ancestral Hindu lineage roots cause they were one of the oldest and most advanced in fields of mathematics, science, astronomy, medicine, research and rich culture.
      Subconsciously majority of Pakistanis love watching Indian culture TV serials, movies and traditions because we are the same blood. We still feel connected with them and like to see what they are upto, it makes us feel spiritually connected with our Hindu ancestral roots. To be honest I love India as I consider it as our motherland cause of roots and feel Pakistanis should be re taught history with major reform of national syllabuses for future generations to build great relations with India.
      Sarees is also clothing of our ancestors especially those from punjab and Sindh therefore it is as much part of our original culture as it is yours. After all we are part of hind, bharat, indic civilisation so Hindu culture norms are there in our genetics and society still. Although saree is not worn as commonly it is in India but younger generation is getting into sarees. Our older generations use to wear sarees untill 1970s.
      It is good to restore to original indian Hindu culture like wearing sarees .
      We look forward in uniting with India on economic, scientific, technological, political, cultural exchange level and as future south Asian union block like European Union for greater prosperity.@@@

    I didn't understand what is Pakistani culture? Sana sadly for Pakistan everything from their language to food, clothes etc are Indian. There is nothing like a Pakistani which hasn't been taken from India. Even your handsome PM has roots in India.

      Yes true, we have same blood, DNA and ancestry as our indian cousins so it's natural according to our genetics to maintain Hindu culture as regional identity if not religious one.
      Wearing saris is perfectly alright since its beautiful, graceful indian cultural dress.
      I accept as Pakistani that our roots our India motherland.

      By commenting this you only expose yourself how uneducated you are? Ever heard of partition? Pakistan and india were both one country so of course they got to have same culture, and btw ur so called indian culture has origins in indus valley civilization which happens to in Pakistan, if i ask u why do u guys wear kurtis and shalwars thats pakistani culture, so what would u say, seriously I can't believe there are so many uneducated ignorant ppl living in india, and we also got regional/provincial cultures just like indian states culture which are different from eachother also our languages are different except for punjabi, and urdu is muslim language which u indians try so hard to call yours, our food is also different i dont seem to believe indians eat meat, right? Our food has mostly meat into it, our traditional clothes r different as well, except for some south asian dresses which are common all over south asia, like saris, lehengas, sherwanis, kurtas, payjamas, shalwars etc which r almost worn throughout south asia, so u direly need to educate yourself, for suppose if tommorow indian state punjab or bihar gets independent country, so of course they gonna have similar culture as other countries of south asia, with small different traditional culture as well, like when we say arab/central asian/east asia they all have similar culture within their region but yet they also have difference as well.

    • @ScindianLad
      @ScindianLad 2 роки тому

      @Lulu Ma omg I can feel how my comment has burnt your inner, relax lulu 😂, why you guys always hating? First of all thats true that the name Pakistan is new name of hundreds years old land and civilisation, but come on you can't deny that before partition there was no Land which was there, sure it had different name that time, and You seem way beyond ignorant than you think iam, India, Pakistan both got independence on 1947, before that there was no pakistan nor india, it was british india, and before that it was mughal's hindustan so according to your logic india was also not there before partition.

    • @ScindianLad
      @ScindianLad 2 роки тому

      @Lulu Ma urdu may have origins in lucknow but don't forget its originators were not from lucknow, so since its origins it became the language of muslims in india, and when partition took place many people migrated to pakistan and as it was going to be muslim nation so it has its muslim originated language urdu as its national language, and i am not saying urdu is only Pakistani, sure there are plenty of urdu speaking people in india infact more than in pakistan, and sherwani is also muslim originated dress which is modified version of angrakha by mughals, so simply because it was originated by muslims of south asia it become dress of Pakistan. And again I don't like distinguishing dresses by religion of its originators but this is what it has been throughout history. And also im not saying its only pakiatani dress but indian and also bangladeshi. Also kurti/kurta is simply kameez which is generally considered muslim and typical pakistani dress and its not me saying many indian would tell you the same about all of it

    • @ScindianLad
      @ScindianLad 2 роки тому

      @Lulu Ma and I must appreciate you for confidently lying, 😆 Indus valley civilisation/hindus valley civilisation?!!!!!! 😂🤣😅 like seriously?!!! Indus valley civilisation is Pakistani civilisation. And please educate yourself indus/sindhu river does not flow in india neither it originates from india, it originates from western tibet which is in china and directly enters to Pakistan through ladakh which Pakistan's region of Jnk which is illegally occupied by indians, then is enters in gilgit baltistan and from there it simply ends at arabian sea, nowhere it flows in india, and harrapa city is in Pakistani punjab, not in india mtlb kuch bhi 😆😆, and dude the main cities where its culture, language and art flourished are in pakistan namely Mohen jo daro, harrapa and others, those dholavira and rakhigarhi sites are simply not so important like there are also few ivc sites in afghanistan too but of no much importance, but tbh i personally think ivc is also indian as the its people are mainly in india the dravidians, but the origins of almost all indian culture is in indus valley civilisation of pakistan. Dude how uneducated you have to be, Punjab is not sanskrit word its persian word punj+ab which litrally means 5+water. And bro it does not mean in which script you write the language, the Pakistan punjab has more strong punjabi culture than indian punjab our punjabi folks songs are alot famous in india, our punjabi comedy is also famous, the indian punjabi modern music and songs are doing better so of course its famous among pakistani punjab, and the basant was banned for specific reasons but still people celebrate it but not fly kites. Pakistani punjabis have not forgotten their culture or language, they still speak in pure punjabi in rural areas, who told you they dont speak in their mother tongue? Thats another thing that due to modernisation the new generation is simply more inclined towards western culture than its own, its also same in india as well,
