-----------------My Buddy a POEM---------------------- FROM Down the Memory Lane I rise, each morning To start my daily chores and I conduct the Orchestra of Life Since the twenty-first OF December, you were erased, Like the death of a Musical note, Again with the energy that u were binding us, My band does not play the same tune, Some notes went missing, of your Presence, In the fringe benefits of life, oh Fiddler Play The Pied Pipers song, Time is not the usual self My Brother, Holding the asset of Sand in Glass endless flows, Times went By u time traveller, Echos of your Braggs were so real, I was not aware your Stay at This Earth would be so short-lived, Oh Wondering Entertainer of the Universe, Holding in the Twilight zone In Prism of Light are the sudden jolts, and I still hear you Talking, In The Corner of My Eye, Wait I went to reach you In vain I was destined to return to earth To Relate this Poem to You So somewhere someone will read in your Memories The Contribution you gave to society The Untouchable with respect For all these people was a taboo The entertainers were culturally motivated by your efforts, The People of Pakistan Brought respect due to you, In the wide world of Entertainment to the masses, and a chapter that culture truly was not the Stepping stones Of the White pseudo-intellectual, Where acceptance was duly impossible, Of the Colonial Hangovers, You did the MISSION impossible with Pride and flying colours, Biggest Puppet theatre in the World, All was a piece of cake, for you,, left to us for History Books, to chalk down on Surface of LIFE, Was a joke to u, as you went along playing it well, Recent Culture events in Pakistan are a witness, Of changes that society brings on your Feet.
