This is the only video that explains smart underfloor heating control that’s understandable to me. Going to order a whole house set now 😍 I didn’t see a system that even comes close.
Thanks for the great product description! I'm struggling to choose between the basic and advanced controllers. We're upgrading to a downhole heat exchanger (NIBE pump) and want to use it for cooling too. Any advice on which version we need?
It depends who is desision maker there should be heating or cooling on. If heating/cooling is swiched manually using a simple swich connected to Icon2 Master Controller. Or heat pump has outdoor sensor and switches automatically and can switch heating/cooling Icon2 MC too. All you need is Basic Icon2 Master Controller. Advanced Icon2 MC is needed for 4 pipe change over systems. For switching heating/cooling depending on reference room. Or switching heating/cooling according supply temperature.
Great video! I have the advanced system setup this week. 2x icon2 and 10 wireless thermostats. Can you explain how to add the wireless thermostats to the Ally app? i only see the icon2 controllers and the gateway in the app. Underneath the icon2 controllers the app says 0 online devices and I cannot add subdevices. Thanks in advance!
Hi I hope you are well. I am really struggling to understand how to configure the icon 2 to allow it to switch a heat pump between heating and cooling while also running a shunt pump. The PWR1 in the application examples is either used for switching via an external relay ( which I also struggling to find info on) or the shunt pump. Can PWR2 be used for one of these. I want to allow switching based on a reference thermostat but I also have a need for the shunt to mix as I may have a scenario where my heat pump temperature during cooling is lower than normal. I’m really struggling. I am either going to use application 5 or application 15. The AMZ connection box in the literature is powered by the icon 2 but when I search for it, it always shows an external power supply? Any info would be appreciated. Thanks

Super info thanks
Thank You for watching!
Great video :) If I insert the actuator wires into a wrong plug, how do I remove the wire again without destroying the connector ?
Please push a pin with flat screwdriver.
@@heatingsolutions123 it worked :) thanks a bunch.

You need to setup Icon2 master controllers with thermostats together first. Using basic setup or using Icon2 app.
That worked! Thanks

Also, do your thermostats allows for control based on room relative humidity?
Hi dear! How can I contact you by email for a consultation?
I'm sure you can help me for a component!
