When I was a cart pusher it didn't really bother me when people left their carts in the middle of nowhere, it was just a little extra walk for me. What bothered me is when people would see me pushing a line of carts, make eye contact with me, then push the cart full speed in my general direction and watch, and occasionally laugh, as I chased it down in hopes of preventing it from hitting someone's car. Those people pissed me off.

Coming back to the past to say that overtraining is a thing, but 90% of the population won't overtrain. It's pretty hard to overtrain because eventually you'll be so tired, you'll take some rest. Your body does adapt to things, but its the same as starvation: your body won't adapt to starving. You'll always be starving at some point or another.
You can't train everyday for years and build muscle or get better. You'll eventually get diminsihing returns and even reverse some of your gains from breakdown.
I'm envious of Kyle's future grandchildren. He has so many stories.

You can TOTALLY over train!!! It usually happens over a period of time though, rather than one day. It happens all the time in swimming. Your body just shuts down when you work out, you get injured, mentally burnt out etc...

The point he was trying to make before was that it was restricting people from playing and taking away peoples right to own content without any requirements (the DRM) however he has constantly said that although it is bad for people the features are great and it is part of the evolution into the next gen. However a lot of people seem to think it's just woody saying he hates it then woody saying he loves it. It's trying to be objective and the removal of the DRM means we lose the good features.
