Calderono should take a look at it.
Calderano's record against defender is very bad, ruwen filus also won many time against him.
The thing i noticed calderano was rushing and putting a lot of power while jonathan was very calm and doing normal topspins, and there is no effect of lefty or righty cause you have much time to settle or make the shot forehand against defender.
@@nextlvlngvery good point!
Pegou esses bizus do Groth, Calderano. O cara ganhou só na manha, apostando no erro do defensor também, veio. Sou eu fão e sei que poderia ter passado por ele também. Avante!!!
Calderano doesn't have this level of patience. Groth keeps it spinny, often slow, until the ball pops up. Then rips it.
smart played by Groth well done!
what yang wang blade used? tnx
🎉get the top Groth!!
Грот молодец,четкая продуманная игра,не то что Кальдерано,тактически полность переиграл соперника👍👏
Sloppy defense from Wang on a lot of missed chops, but we was also way too timid here. Needed to step around and punish though slow forehands from Groth, the few times I saw him go for it though he couldn't connect. Lots of easy misses from Wang
very true and we all know he can do it ! he is amazing this just wasn’t his best game
Where is Aruna?
Thrown out by an unknown kid 😂
@@inyourface123 😂 not unknown he is U19 world No.3
@@adeelzafar7215 I am sure you googled him before posting this. I am also sure most of us here didn’t know his name before.
@@inyourface123 i have seen his matches before with felix labrun in world U19 matches he was runner up in that tournament.
Very bad counter attack for wang yang
Jonathan Groth played way better as Calderano against Yang Wang

Bro is _hacking,_ what emoji is that? 💀
In this tournament we didn't have Ruwen Filus but we had Yang Wang. Pretty much the same style of play..
That's like saying Lin Shidong and Fan Zhendong basically have no difference since they favor backhand or Qiu Dang and Felix Lebrun are the same because they're both penhold and have rpb. My guy, attackers are gonna attack and defenders are gonna defend. There are obvious nuances between both Wang and Filus, but I'll just leave it at that and let you simmer on whatever it is you're stweing on.
@@rooky3526 You misunderstood the point of my comment. What I meant was that we didn't have Filus in this tournament, but we had Wang, who has a similar style of play. Nothing more, nothing less. Your comparisons between Lin, Fan, Qiu and Felix have nothing to do with this comment. Pretty much the same style of play doesn't mean they play the same obviously.
@@xrxholms That's what your comment is heavily implying though.
"It's cool, at least we get to see another chopper in the tournament."
We didn't see FZD, but at least we had LSD. Pretty much the same style of play..
Pretty much the same thing eh?
"It's cool, at least we get to see another aggressive backhand player in the tournament."
If that's the point, then cool. You're entitled to it, much as I'm entitled to think that you don't care for the individual nuances that each player bring to the table based off of your comment, so long as the playstyles is present.
I'm not really here to argue anyways. Just giving my two cents to a comment you posted on a public forum. It just stood out and I had a knee jerk reaction to comment on it.
I disagree. Filus twiddles a lot, attacks far more and his BH attacks are unparalleled among current gen of choppers.
@@rooky3526 The point is that I am a newcomer to these TT tournaments on UA-cam and you, apparently, have been a viewer for a longer time or practice the sport and know how to notice the nuances of each player. For me as a noob viewer and not an experienced or amateur player, I just commented on what stands out the most when watching the game of the two players mentioned, which is the defense style. Simple as that. For me it's interesting to watch a game with a chopper vs an attacker because the game becomes more strategic and the attacker has to be more patient to finish the points and we have the chance to see different game styles at the table and you can correct me if I'm wrong but I think that the vast majority of players are more attackers than choppers, so in a tournament, the presence of one of them brings an interesting diversity to watch.
