Great video, maybe a little feedback would be to slow down the speed of the hand when drawing the animations - otherwise it makes it zip in and out and fails to meet the purpose of the animation, that it is as if someone was actually drawing it!
Any suggestions on a template for a standardized form and daily checklist that will allow us to increase productivity & make sure the workspaces and jobs we complete truly SHINE?!? Love the "Shine Time 15 min before lunches and clock outs"!! With only just a decade-plus of experience in leadership and within Healthcare administration, the sustainability piece is an opportunity for each company to look attractive to outstanding employees and outside applicants who want to be a part of the team! Making sure your employees feel their work/input is just as important to the big picture as the higher-level seniors is an essential part of improving morale within your workplace :) A great mentor program is a foundational way to get these things up and running, too! I have been working in a different field now but I always notice that we go back to the same work ethic no matter what level of service you are working and I have learned to re-apply a lot of my management methods I have seen success within the service role I am in today. As long as there are people who are open and receptive to the ideas and suggestions, there are few boundaries to stop you from successfully getting the company into a brighter "shinier" mindset
