I think I and many other ppl seeing him without knowing his history think it’s annoying when he remixes stuff like that but I think the way to take it is this is not a dj this is a performance that uses djing to another level
Most people that go to listen to a EZ set go for the mixing/dj'ing. The UKG songs he generally plays have been played to death over the years which is probably why he doesn't play them out for too long, but he always puts a different mix together, like its off the cuff.

sorry but this is just show-off...eventhough at least he gor technicals skills, which is kind of a rarety here. Nevertheless harmonic mixing is no this thing, like reading the crowd or any other needed club skillls, sad.

Dude been at the top of his game for over 30 years….he knows how to rock the crowd and knows when to show off at the same time. You don’t understand tho….probably American or European….
That would get on my nerves if I was dancing and the dj kept stopping the music to do cue drumming . Yeah he's skilled but that would get annoying
For anyone else, yeah, but this is EZ’s identity, you don’t go to see a garage DJ you go to see EZ and him fucking about with the tunes
If you wanna just dance go to the club, if you want an experience you see a famous DJ live.
He should be a drummer rather than a DJ. He abused the vibe. He’s that kind of DJ, who learned all the tricks but not the essence or the spirit.
