Dont use Hard water while hair wash, use soft water (meaning Municipal Drinking water, not Borewell water from earth) despite whichever dye, shanmpoo, conditioner u use.
Hard water has minerals, So it doesnot foam, they deposit on hair.

As you told that Indus valley hair colour is 90% natural.
Can you suggest any 100% natural colour? n review.
The exact same experience happened to me with the organic henna when mixed with coffee water kept overnight. I have never used anything except henna yet in terms of colour/dye for hair. Same thing happens with Henna....I think this is that only maybe mixed with Indigo...not some "colour"

If you have such dry scalp and hair please try using home made curd once a weak. Apply for 15-20 minutes. And you will feel the change. I too have dry scalp and hair. And when I started using curd it feels awesome

Henna and indigo in two step works better. The grey are covered well and give a good dark brown shade that looks good with both black/ brown base color.

@Esha...madam can you please let me know the exact ratio of henna and indigo powder to get the darkest brown hair colour..
@@bhargavin4147 I use a two step process so usually don’t need a given ratio. I also don’t soak the henna or indigo. I prepare henna immediately with lukewarm water and apply it and keep it for 3-4 hours atleast, if I have time, sometimes keep it longer. And after washing with water. Preferably next day, I put indigo, again without soaking ( make with lukewarm water. And try to cover head with a cling wrap. That works well.
Hi. Thank you for making this review. However, I don't speak your language. It seems this Brand has two hair dye formulas one with henna and one without (same exact packaging). The one you are reviewing is the formula without henna according to the ingredient list. I would like to find an all natural and organic vegetable dye without henna or any other ingredients that give reddish undertones. I need just a regular dark brown colour.
I am wondering if maybe henna could still be in the formula under a different name as sometimes happens with ingredients, do you know?
I am also wondering if any of the ingredients are red tone base that could possibly still give off reddish undertones. Any idea?

I bought henna powder and Indigo powder from Indus valley. First we have to wash the hair with shampoo and make it free of oil. When the hair dries, apply henna and keep it for 2 or 3 hours. Then wash. Dont use shampoo. The next day ie almost after 24 hrs apply Indigo powder mixed with slight hot water. Keep it for 2 or 3 hrs and cover the hair with a plastic wrap. After that wash hair. Dont use shampoo. The grey hairs turned black after doing this. It's completely natural and works very well.
Do we need to keep henna paste for 12 hours before applying?
@@inderpalsingh3774 Yes, you need to mix the henna powder with warm water in a container (do not use any metal items). Keep this mix for 8-12 hours and then apply on hair.

And can indigo be applied right after mixing with warm water ?
@@inderpalsingh3774 No need of keeping ratio. Take the required quantity of indigo powder to cover your beard fully and apply immediately after mixing properly.

The problem with indigo powder is hair doesn't look shinny...even if we shampoo our hair that powder won't erase from the hair ,when i went for a hair cut the hair dresser first shampooed my hair , after drying the hair he scraped on hair with a blade ,I'm just schocked to see the powder still stays on hair ..anyone experienced like me

We all complain of hair fall, grey hair these days. If we just stop using chemicals like shampoo, hair colour and avoid junk food, eat healthy diet of salads, fruits, seeds, nuts. Our hair, skin will be healthy. So i would suggest go for this colour .
Well it doesn't related with food. the job system need to be well organized, a person who works 8 to 14 hours is obviously getting tired and exhausted. Stress of job and other job related bullshits effect each person's health. Also IF society become well organized (not fake, not toxic, not leech like people) then it will be very helpful in well being of everyone.
Adviced by fit Tuber I ordered this colour..but it caused skin and scalp irrigation and that irritation continued for so many days.
