when you say the attack on the hospital came only five minutes after a warning was issued, the average viewer gets the impression that that warning was issued by those who were bombing, when in fact it is the rebels who have scouts who scan the skies and airports, when they see a plane take off from a particular military airport, and depending on time of day, they have figured out where the plane is most probably headed, they issue the warning over something called "Al Marsad" which is a network that everyone is connected to and most radios will issue the warnings as well. The point here is that the Syrian regime which bombed that hospital, issued no warning, and that is an essential piece of information that your viewers are entitled to be informed,. Provided that your intention is to inform your viewers of course.
