    He's now in Benfica.
Took him a few years to wake up and understand how a professional player should behave.
Couch Bruno Lage brought him back to live and now he's playing very good football for Benfica and acting like a real professional.
He's a different player now, more of a team player, and a surprise for everybody, he's great not only with the ball, but he's helping the team on the defense and doing a great job.
Nice to see Adel doing well in my Benfica.

@Antoine Shelby in pure technique yes, but his game changed a lot from his QPR days. He plays further back as a number 8, and he is really amazing at holding the ball and also really good at passing to the attack and finding the open man with a through ball

@@user-to2fs1nu6e average? you need to see how he has been playing this season, clubs won't invest on him because he's at the age that he is now... but the guy has been holding of benfica's midfield creating alot of dangerous plays, defending like hell and running like a crazy... to not talk about his talent, game's vision and passes.
In his younger ages, if he didn't get into the night life and was fully invested in getting better, he would have been without a doubt one of the best players in the world, and you can clearly see that he had quality for it once you see what he has been doing in benfica.
I consider you to search a little before speaking non-sense ;)

In fact he's a more complete player now.
If you dont follow the Benfica games, you should watch one and see de comitment he has on the defense.
      He pressures, he makes tackles...
      He's becoming a different player.
And with the ball...well, it's Adel, it's pure class.

Got qpr promoted to Premier league on his own basically. 19 goals and 21 assists that season. Showed it in flashes in prem but was never really consistent and wasn’t very fit. Adil is a Moroccan International player. He is known in Morocco as the merchant of EGGS (a meg is called an egg in Morocco). He played for several team in Europe (QPR, Milan, Tottenham etc..), He is now playing for Benifica of Portugal. Coaches did not like him because he hold the ball too much and they think of him as a selfish exhibitionist. He had to change his style of play completely to guarantee a spot with benifica after being sidelined for a year.

He was the king of nutmeg, he was a hot headed young man who didn't give a fuck about rules. Harry Redknapp tried very hard to get him in line but couldn't that's why he sold him to QPR, he told him behave and you'll be the best player in the world in the future but he couldn't stay away from shisha and girls

You're right, Taarabt's style is similar to Ben Arfa. That's because they are both North Africans. A lot of Moroccans, Algerians and Tunisians play like that. Showboating is a great aspect of it. It is a bit different than the African way. You can see how Mahrez, Ziyech , Sofiane Boufal, Said Benrahma play. They play with a similar style
